You know how in cartoons when a characters eyeballs jump outta their sockets? That's what just happened to me reading that. LOL.
And don't tell anyone, but you know how when cartoon characters burp their bottom lip vibrates? Well i didn't know that really happened until a couple years ago when it happened to me. Seriously. It was just that one time. But boy was i freaked out.
Her voice was very soft in tone today and she was smiling, so I know she’s happier than she *has been* in recent weeks, even without yet getting to hold the baby.
I’m glad. Larry probably told them NO WAY. Why should they make money off of him after all the Heck he’s put them thru. He should call up People or Vanity Fair they gave TomKat and Angelina and Brad a pretty penny for first pics.
It was Anna saying that's what "Marshall wished". The jury said her testimony was "whacked".
Better yet..Larry, Virgie, and Dannielynn on the cover of People and I hope they get enough money to pay off lawyer bills and that will be it for them.
Imho I don't really think that she is fighting for custody (I think that is the media and the lawyers trying to keep us interested). I heard O'Quinn last night on two different talk shows say 2 different things. The first he agreed with the host in his response saying that Virgie was going to fight for joint custody and in the next hour on another show he said that she was not going to fight for joint custody, that she only wanted to be a part of DL's life.
I don’t understand it, either, or I would comment. It appears the constitutional challenge is on a separate track from the inquest itself, which is good.
But, obviously, there were some wires crossed today when 2 of the jurors didn’t show up, either. ET said it would be back on (the inquest would be) “next week.” Don’t know what that means, but that was up-to-the-minute.
Ugh - coming up shortly on ET “the half billion dollar inheritance for little Dannielynn ...” Grrr.
So is that where the Anna Wishes stratagem comes from.
Oh, wouldn’t that be nice! I want to see some other pix of Dannielynn than just what I’ve seen today on TV.
It looks to me like she does still have the “esophoria” (eyes turning inward) that KE brushed off and said had “already disappeared” a couple of months ago. Not so.
It’s not severe, but it’s still there.

I know I’m terrible but in reading that account they said she was on her back and they were dangling a toy and she reached out for it. Well I hope she is getting enough tummy time. That will encourage her to roll over and to start scooting. Even though she’s still in that window of no gross motor delays it’s still important for her to be on her tummy and to actively encourage her lifting up and reaching for things. Still that was just a snapshot and Goat could be doing what he needs to do. Where’s Jrabbit?? I miss the Goat jokes.

He was cleared in the big trial here in Houston - the problem is that was the Supreme Court ruling being quoted and it only looked at the last 9th Circuit ruling, which did not allow into evidence ANY of the pro-Pierce documentation from TX, only 1-2 pieces!
It was just wrong, which is what all the pundit pieces have said since then. As long as there was a 6-month-long jury trial (the TX one), that should be the final say. I don’t think CA wants to mount another one like that - and why should ANY court do that, when there is plenty of documentation already on the record?
