Can hardly wait to hear Anna's statement to the police which is supposedly part of the inquest. I would be really surprised if ANS's statement to the police is something derogatory toward HKS due to her being so drugged up.

HKS may not ‘fight’ openly for custody, but he intends to keep custody in play as long as possible to insure that DL stays in his custody through Daniel’s inquest as a method of controling the testimony LB provides.

Good morning. Yes that's already been true - heard two stories this morning on assorted news programs (CNN was one) in which Virgie was still showed as pursuing custody of Dannielynn - AFTER her attorney said Virgie and Larry will be meeting and working things out without a fight. Sheesh.
The "talking point" is still that Virgie is the enemy and she must be trashed at all costs. (At one time, team Stern also trashed Larry).

That is why they need to remove DL from the clutches of that sick individual as soon as possible.
And I hope that it is Friday, even if they have to put her in social service custody until all legal matters (paperwork, etc.)are complete!

The judges will probably issue a formal order regarding custody. Howard will have no rights. He will have duties and obligations.
The judges will likely order their order to be recorded with the new birth certificate which has probably been filled out properly and is ready for filing with the addition of any necessary signatures.
Howard really has nothing to say about custody. He was an asociate of Anna's and no more and in the Bahama Court, he is not an attorney.
I believe by now that he has been ordered not to leave the island to escape the inquest and possible charges.
He was noticeably off his game at the mike yesterday.

Howard makes it sound like he's doing Larry and his family a favor by saying he can visit the baby. You can bet your booties that the judges "ordered" it.You're right! That's it isn't it?
And Howard says he will be working for sole custody for Larry?? That's not his call either.
Eeeww. That was a major barf call.
Howard's daddy thing was nothing but a "legal" kidnapping. That baby was and still is a hostage.
Tell it!!!
