She getting bashed for that but it was a case of due process. If it had been the other way of around Stern would have done the same thing. If any of us felt that a travesty was being done to our child wouldn’t we fight to the last. I also think there was something symbolic about the tossing the dirt on the grave. I thought maybe she was doing for Anna’s and Daniel’s combined ages at death but maybe got too tired to finish.
it would be so fitting if the paternity, custody and eviction all came down in the same week.
Justice will finally have been served...
Larry can now move forward with the estate and can file in California as soon as he is given custody...
things are looking so very glum for HKS... hopefully HKS can be fired from the Marshall case too.
Sorry, I don’t agree; I haven’t heard him right on one thing.
I’ve spent my life around attorneys and he just doesn’t measure up, IMO.
Me, too.. and heaven knows we know that Larry knows (how is that for a lot of knows ~LOL~) what drugs did to her mother so he will be forever on lookout for her to not follow the same path.
I heard a woman Bahamanian attorney on with somebody the other night; Virgie doesn’t have a case. She’s Larry’s now.

And I could have sworn she had tears in her eyes. She’s got to be nuts on CTV she’s all for Howie. Then on her CNN headline show she’s always making those comments about the drugs. You can’t look at him and not think about the drug pushing and the isolating of Anna. Nanner has got to nanners.
That’s why I missed it .... boycott of ET ~LOL~ but, I think the whole Stern clan is strange and that baby needs to be taken away from there ASAP...
She can have whatever “relationship” Birkhead decides; she has no legal right to a “relationship.”

I'm thinking that when they bought the boat that is when it was transferred into a companies name, if indeed it was. I don't think Stern did it after Anna's death.
Probably alot of things of Anna's were put into corporations' names.
said she was happy the baby would know who her real father is... and they want to work with larry and in this jurisdiction there can be double guardians and the baby needs to know her mothers family, grandmother, etc., and look forward to that because its what is best for dannielynn...
