According to the above I see no problem with saying; "I think Howard K. Stern had something to do with Anna Nicole's death." There is no way for me to know that is a completely false accusation. He would have to prove that it is false.

They just take the license. I read on their website and have heard rumor that if the CMB finds sufficient wrongdoing and endangerment they turn it over to local law enforcement authorities. The CMB can press no charges.
They can only be private for so long. If Larry is the father, than the Birth certificate has to be corrected by a subsequent filing. It will then be sent to California because they accepted the orignal birth certificate as being fact. It may activate the call for Howard’s DNA...because he said in a Public Forum IIRC that he was the father prior to the filing of the birth certificate. At that time, if Larry is the biological father, Howard was not relying on Bahama Law because the certificate was not filed at the time AND PATERNITY WAS AN ISSUE AT THE TIME.

I don’t know what to make of the insider info that “we’re in for a surprise” about the paternity. I just hate things like that. I know this much: LB is convinced he’s the father, and until their split Anna TREATED him like the father.
I further know that Stern isn’t the father, and knows he isn’t. The slime has kidnapped Anna’s and ???’s baby. And was determined never to let Virgie touch the child. Ghoulishly EVIL!
DannieLynn looks like she could be Larry’s baby. Don’t laugh - oh what the hey, everyone does - but I’ve thought not only could she be GBT’s but even Prince Zsa Zsa’s. And I’m speaking about her looks only, not any information we have.
The problem if she’s not Larry’s is that Stern will try to keep her by default. Unless the Prince proves paternity. Others have made claims in the media, but have any of them offered their DNA and gone to court?? Not that I know of.
BTW, Kimberly G was on FNC earlier and talked as if she KNEW LB and Stern have teamed up in some way. I got in on the end of it and her point then was that LB had been convinced by Stern to exclude Virgie from DannieLynn’s life if he’s the father and Stern give’s up possession.
How I pray she is wrong about that!! Did anyone besides me hear her??

As we wait for the hearing and hopefully the result I am considering the actions of ANS and HKS to avoid this day.
They were so intent on blocking LB from obtaining parental rights or exposing ANS’s drug abuse they fled to the Bahamas. This decision set off a chain of events that ultimately may have led to the death of ANS and her son...
and in the end LB may end up with custody of Danielynn anyway.
What if ANS hadn’t left California? What if the pressure from LB had resulted in her getting her drug addiction under control? If she hadn’t left California and had the baby there would Daniel still be alive today? Would ANS still be alive?
It is the ultimate irony that the thing ANS feared the most may come to pass today. Oh...the tangled webs we web...

Despite reports that Anna Nicole Smith’s babydaddy would be revealed at 10:00 AM EDT, TMZ has learned that the hearing to determine custody of Dannielynn will start in the Bahamas at 2:30 PM EDT — so keep your pants on.

“Well they said that he’s going to get the baby feet tattooed on himself if he’s the father, so if he shows up at the tattoo place, he’s the daddy! LOL

I don’t see much ‘sleuthing’ on the site, but the observation in the post above could have been a subtle way for LB to announce results to the world, if a gag order is continued.

If it all turns out as hoped, wonder if LB will have a full time nanny for DL as HKS appears to have? I also wonder just how much real bonding HKS has with DL....bet not as much as his crocodile tears will try to convey when he gives his golden goose up.
The tattoo parlor where ANS and HKS got their tatoos in the Bahamas is all pimped out with their images to make sure that tourists know they are the artists.
Personally, the tatoos that they got from them are pretty poor quality...IMO...but whatever.
The owner said that ANS was “sedated” and slept through the entire process (20 hours worth)... isn’t it nice to have your own pharmacy and Doctor who makes sure you have thousands of pills to help you through things like this?
According to the owner of the Tattoo parlor he has emailed LB to try to set up a time for him to get the tatoo after the hearing. I think he is promoting this more than Larry...
it is possible that LB was just killing time as he had to spend many, many days in the Bahamas waiting and waiting. He may have wandered into the tatoo parlor and talked about possibly getting the tatoos and the owner is milking it for all it is worth.
Then again, he may head straight from the courthouse to the parlor for the ink.
