A licensing Board pulls your license and fines you at the most. You don’t go to jail. It is not a Court of Law. It is an oversight board.
I can't bear the thought of Larry NOT being the Dad.
And I'm not intimidated by Lynn Wood..It's been alleged by many that Howard "contributed" to Anna's and Daniel's death by feeding them drugs.
We'll let the inquest decide where this goes..

That's not to say Anna had no redeeming qualities - I don't believe that.....and she was truly a beauty without all the makeup and when she was in her right mind.
But good heavens there are so many pictures out there of her mother I am sorry but this child will be finding them for years.....maybe she will need a parent who guards her time on the Internet....

Stern won’t challenge DNA

Howard K. Stern is not expected to continue his fight for custody of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter if DNA tests reveal photographer Larry Birkhead is the child’s father.
Results of the DNA test of baby Dannielynn are due to be revealed in a Bahamas courtroom today.
While the two men have not reached an official agreement on paper, Birkhead confirmed to “Access Hollywood” yesterday that Stern will not continue his custody fight if Birkhead is proved to be the father.
“We talked and I guess what Howard wants to do and what we both agreed upon is we both want to do what’s best for Dannielynn,” Birkhead told “Access.” “Any time anyone says they’re not gonna fight you in this kind of battle is music to my ears.”
Though some have speculated Stern may have agreed to cease his paternity battle in exchange for his continued presence in the fight for a share of Smith’s late husband J. Howard Marshall’s billion dollar estate, Birkhead told “Access” no such deal was made.
“There was no exchange - one thing for another,” Birkhead said. “It was just two people wanting to do the right thing.”
Meanwhile, The Associated Press reports that Stern has hired a lawyer who said yesterday he may sue media that Stern believes are implicating him in the overdose deaths of Smith and her son.
“The nightly television, tabloid and Internet trial of Mr. Stern in the court of public opinion based on sensational lies, speculation, rumor and gossip is over,” Atlanta attorney Lin Wood said in a news release.

I think all MD’s licenses say they are “a physician and a surgeon.” Even Dr. Perper. Scarey there too.
According to the American Board of Psychiatry website, if you look under her name, and the Am Board of Medical Specialists link from their site, KE practices adult and adolescent psychiatry which indicates she completed an adult psychiatry residency and she passed the adult psychiatry board exam many years ago. I think the site said in the mid’80’s.
From what I've read, a USA citizen can't be compelled to testify. It as voluntary.
Is Howard's best shot to leave the Horizons and return to the USA??
Can Wood practice in the Bahamas??
I'd say, forget about the money at this point...Anna's accounts have already been dumped and corporations and contracts are likely "survivor takes all".
Still betting that KE has all Anna's dresses, shoes, some jewelry...all legally hockable as "Gifts".

Howard is the one who stalled the DNA tests. He alone is responsible for this..

I think blueplum is working on the ice bath info. And has this info. Yes, Bonnie in her interview said the ice bath was on the same day that morning of Anna’s death.

Yes, exactly. That makes me think she’s the origin of the diaries and painting that originated in LA and fetched, or are in the process of fetching, big bucks on ebay. I don’t think from Goggling her hubby, Wes Irwin, that he’d be able to support her based on his earnings. Hope the IRS isn’t remiss in doing their part ala “show me the money.” Her moneyfordrugs program, while lucrative, should at least be taxable income.
However, because there is a death involved and it may be pertinent information, (similar to the DNA proving paternity), the court may ordered that they be viewed "privately" by a court.

THanks for that info. I have been saying that I doubted Anna Nicole’s estate would get anything from the Marshall estate.
That’s what I thought...So, I’d say that Howard will go back to the USA and simply avoid the Inquest.
