They either won't be Cylons, are the 4 base ships that have been trailing them are full of Tigh, Torry, Anders and Tyrol copies that all want to go to Earth, too. Ha Ha, wouldn't that be wild.

And now we gotta wait for NEXT FRAKKIN' JANUARY???
Man they are really milking this one.
But still, nine frakkin' months??? I could start a brand new frakking family in that time! Jeez!
And when does Season 5 start? 2030??? I'll be a senior frakking citizen by the time they find Earth!

This season almost jumped the shark but it's starting to look like some kind of cooperative venture to find earth what with Starbuck getting wasted (I'm pretty sure the final 5 took her to earth)....
They need to get back to the business of serious killing and stuff. And where are all the alien civilizations? They've travelled farther than ever before and never found ANYTHING???

There's sexual tension between Dresden and the female police lieutenant Way too different from the books though.

U2 covered it, and I thought it sounded like a remake.

No actually it is the show I liked. This is the first series I have actually watched regularly in about 10 years ... but the drama is getting old and stale.

Exactly.. I would like to also point in the original BSG they never found any civilizations or aliens.. As for the fighting scenes in the old BSG, just recycled stuff.

I would like to also point in the original BSG they never found any civilizations or aliens.. Are you sure about that? I distinctly recall at least one planet (I think that it was an "ice planet") that had aliens that were kidnapping crew members to be used as food.

original BSG they never found any civilizations or aliens.. Wrong ... the 4 eyed two mouthed people? The insect people that were kidnapping people for hosts? The must have found a dozen worlds that had other humans on them. (the cylon gunslinger, terra world, etc ..)

No aliens was one of the design concepts of the show. Ron worked on Star Trek and had his fill of "alien of the week" and the best way to avoid "alien of the week" is to never have aliens at all. And there's never really been much in the way of serious killing either, again part of the design of the show, the humans are out manned, out gunned and out manuevered, they really don't get to fight back unless they get really lucky and find some Cylons completely unprepared.
