INTRODUCTION

At this time, I would like to introduce myself, BLUEPLUM, as the newest known consultant to THE FIRM - long time lurker, first time contributor, yadda yadda.

My self-appointed title henceforth is, 'Lowly Research Assistant, Special Circumstances Division, ANNA-polis'

(However, this title will not be referenced again, as I detest titles, having held too many in my lifetime.)

My qualifications for said position can be demonstrated in the following bit of research (one of several to follow):

POST 1: THE FAX GOES TO COLLEGE

summary of what we know to date about shipped prescriptions:

Partial RX Timeline

8/8/06 (approx one month prior to birth of Dannilynn/death of Daniel)

MD: Dr. S. Kapoor

8/25/06 (approx 2 weeks after birth of Danilynn/death of Daniel)
AIRBILL#: 8578 8586 1793
TO: VICKI MARSHALL
FROM: Key Pharmacy, 1266 So. Riverside
MD: (not noted on airbill)

CONTENTS:

(1) Methadone (injectable) 500 ml/5ml Price $50.00
(3) (ONE?) SYRINGE/"DOSERS"
(1) (ONE?) SYRINGE/"DOSER"

9/15/06 (approx 4 weeks from Danilynns birth/Daniel's death)

FAXED SHOPPING LIST

1. this list was allegedly faxed by Eroshevich to Dr. Kapoor, also allegedly faxed by Eroshevich to Key Pharmacy

2. Eroshevich publically claims the fax was 'stolen'...

3. Fax is also allegedly faxed to [a university] by "pharmacist" ( see, 'COMMENT' below)

FOR: "M. CHASE"
REQUESTING INDIVIDUAL: Khris Erosovich
REQUESTED DRUGS, handwritten list, signed 'Khris':

Dilaudid 2mg/ml (injectable) 20 ml 'bottle' '4 bottles'
Lorazapam InTENSOL (oral) 30 ml 'bottle' '2 bottles'
SOMA 350mg 180 tabs (total)'2 bottles'
Dalmane 30mg 240 pills '2 bottles'
PREXIGE 400mg 240 pills '1 bottle'
Methadone 5mg (pills) 300 pills '1 bottle'

(random thought: is it 'common practice' in the medical field to order prescription medications by 'bottle'?)

THE FAX GOES TO COLLEGE

COMMENT: The 'fax' may not have come from the pharmacy or from Dr. Kapoor - it may have been leaked by someone at 'a local prestigious university'....

BASIS FOR COMMENT:

source: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,259841,00.html

"Eroshevich was put in touch by phone with an addiction and pharmacology expert at a prestigious local university. Smith's local pharmacist...put them in touch. The expert told Eroshevich that the medicines and doseS...were inappropriate and dangerous."
"...'He told her she was in way over her head...that Anna Nicole should be hospitalized," a source who knew about the conversation told me last night."

"...Eroshevich was referred to treatment centers where Smith's problems — chronic pain and grief over her son's death — could be addressed professionally.

"..Even though the expert warned her that the drugs she was ordering were "horrible combinations" and that one dose was enough to kill someone, Eroshevich ignored him.

"...Luckily, sources say, Kapoor was reassured...that she was not breastfeeding her newborn baby girl.

"...Nevertheless, Kapoor was apparently horrified when Eroshevich told him, "I need something to knock her out."

as-yet unanswered questions:

1) when did Stern arrive in the Bahamas? did this coorelate to the 8/25/06 order for 'injectable' methadone?
2) was Anna on 'injectable' methadone prior to Bahamas?
3) any history of prior injectables of any substance other than Vitamin B12/B ?
4) any other drug shipments for which airbills have yet to be located? (specifically injectables/syringes)
5) When did Eroshevich first arrive in the Bahamas? any 'hand-carried' filled RX's brought in by Eroshevich?
(specifically, injectables and/or syringes)
6) history of RX's filled at Bahamian pharmacies? (specifically, injectables and/or syringes)
7) prior history of suppository use by Anna?
8) indications of suppository use by Daniel?

Thanks to all in advance for welcoming me to THE FIRM.

The fax to the University may have been sent by an Investigator from the Division of Licensing. It sounds like something they would do. Maybe Kapoor filed a complaint to cover his butt.

Welcome, blueplum! I'm the only one here whose mindset is that "the jury's out", even with the seeming preponderence of circumstantial evidence piling up :) Do I think there will be some criminal charges filed in this case? It's likely.
