Isn't this about the same time she tried to get off the drugs? And/or had pneumonia? What else happened at this time? When did she lose the first baby?

(Court TV) - A man who claims he is the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter struggled for composure on the witness stand Wednesday as he recalled their tumultuous relationship, which included a miscarriage and a hospital visit to help her kick a prescription drug addiction during her pregnancy.

Birkhead testified that he was nervous and excited for the birth of the child, which Smith told him was his in February 2006, one year after she had suffered a miscarriage of their first child.

Thanks...Sounds like Howard decided that he didn't have the power to get Larry out of her life at that time and just in case it happened again, he would make sure that any assets would go to him and not into an estate. In other words, he skirted the will.
