The bill also lists attendances and telephone conferences with Anthony McKinney (eventually co-counsel on the case) and telephone conferences with Dr. Cyril Wecht, the celebrity pathologist Callenders’ hired to do an independent autopsy of Daniel Smith’s body.

Dr. Wecht’s autopsy found that Smith died from complications due to the interaction of three drugs in his system, only one of which he was prescribed.

There's a lot there that Scott would have considered differing opinions with Stern on strategy...

The article said the boy was born in 2001. Just before the Anna Nicole show was set to begin. Which in turn was just before she mysteriously had gained so much weight.

IF she was up and ate an omelet, then the ME would have found the meal in her stomach/digestive system. Wonder if he did.

If Anna had gastric bypass surgery, IF, it would probably have been difficult for her to eat an omelet. My mom had gp and greasy foods make her very sick. It affects different people differently, but i'm just putting it out there. And of course, someone who had gastric bypass recently could hardly eat an entire omelette. But i don't know how long food stays in the stomach of someone with a gastric bypass. i.e. does it digest faster than someone without gp?

He attended the funeral. I believe they said he was a friend for "some time". Other than that, maybe he has no involvement at all.

Thank you! That would make him approximately 6 yrs old? Can you imagine having to gain weight to hide a pregnancy? How extreme is that? I have to give Anna props for not having an abortion, though.

Anna has been thin again since 2004. So surgery must have been done late 2003 or early 2004. Depending on what procedure she had the pouch may have stretched out. That could be why she was complaining about gaining weight. Also remember her eating all the birthday cake. If she did have the surgery the effects had probably worn off. Not sure about the grease aspect but I do know you are right.

Bobby Trendy and Kim Walther will be on Monday's Tyra. A cli is posted on TMZ. Nothing new except Bobby says that Anna always paid him personally from her own checkbook.

Okay, today we have eggs Benedict for brunch. Bloody Mary's, Mimosa's, fresh coffee, OJ. Eggs any style, hash browns, sausage, ham, bread assortment. By the time we eat our way through that, it will be nap time!!!!

Why not get food when driving from the airport to the hospital? Who SUDDENLY got hungry? Were the pictures of Daniel, Anna and baby taken BEFORE Howard went out for food?

I guess my thoughts are: What would I ask Daniel when he got off the plane? How was your flight? I know you don't like to fly. Did you eat? We can stop on the way to the hospital, if you are.

I sorta don't go for her having GB. She loved to eat too much and had her backup drug supply to help her appetite. SHe could have had it, but I am leaning to not.

If Moe was 20 minutes away and Howard was 20 minutes away from the hotel, they should have arrived at the hotel at the same time.

Did they both LEAVE the hotel at the same time? Did Howard have any role in maneuvering Mo to help move something for a friend? Was it a Howard/Mo MUTUAL friend?

Mo didn't seem to know that Brigitte was still there when he left. I also saw a quip someplace that BRIGITTE was a nurse but can't confirm it.

I'm sure food makes the medication process slower. I'm almost incline to think of something admistered by an inhalant....medicines that are quickly absorbed directly into the bloodstream??? That would effect the TIME element. I'm only thinking that because we've reviewed the other options; liquid, pills, suppository. I'm going to do a little searching on the subject.
