Howard K. Stern might have to start spending Anna Nicole Smith's money a lot sooner than he thought.
TMZ has learned that a corporation started by Anna Nicole Smith and handled by Howard K. Stern -- owes more than $30,000 in back taxes and has been officially suspended by the Franchise Tax Board from doing business.
According to records from the California Secretary of State, Hot Smoochie Lips Inc. never filed a tax return with the State of California in 2004, and owes a total of $28,945 in corporate taxes! Howard K. Stern is listed as the company's "registered agent." Anna was listed as the president. But that's not all ...
The Los Angeles County Tax Collecter claims that Hot Smoochie Lips Inc. never forked over $8,920.54 in property taxes they owe on a Studio City home where Anna used to live.
On March 1, 2007, Hot Smoochie Lips, Inc. was put into suspended status by the FTB, which means they can't make any legal, financial or business transactions. It is unclear if any of Anna's other belongings, including cars, boats and other property are actually registered to Hot Smoochie Lips, Inc.
Howard K. Stern was named in Anna's will as the executor of her estate, which means that he may ultimately be the person responsible for cutting a check for all of Anna's debts.

KB: When Mr. Stern went to get in his car, to go get some lunch, he was served, by these people here, with a petition in a California court, and I only bring this to your Honor’s attention for two reasons. One, that the Florida counsel stated to me that under the rules they didn’t think they could do it, so I was not anticipating this. Second of all, we all kind of agreed that Mr. Stern would come here for the purposes of dealing with the issue about Anna. And what this does is bolster the argument that your Honor is going to save for another day. But I think it should be brought to his attention that, you know, they stand here and say ‘Florida, Florida, Florida’ and we walk outside and they serve us with a California petition. So I’d like to bring that to your Honor’s attention and to put it on the record.

A judge ordered DNA testing to find out Dannielynn’s father.
A DNA test was ordered at a closed hearing on Tuesday to determine the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannielynn.
Virgie Arthur, the late Playboy model’s mother, confirmed that the paternity test was ordered to ABC News. She declined comment on any further proceedings.
“I feel great,” said Larry Birkhead, a potential father of Dannielynn, “It’s been a good day in court for me.”
But Howard K. Stern can challenge the order, delaying the proceedings by another month. It has been reported that Smith and Stern vehemently refused DNA testing in the past. If Stern submits, results could be in by the of the week.
This is just one piece of the Anna Nicole’s death legal battles. Arthur is fighting to have custody of Dannielynn, saying that Stern is an unfit father. Investigations are ongoing to find out the cause of death of Smith amid rumors that she was murdered, which have been denied. The cause of her son’s death will be investigated next week.

Yup the dude is 60 years old according to people finder. But the only other place I found the name BENGENE is from the Charleston County Courts under criminal and traffic cases. There was a warrant for Gaither Bengene Thompson. If you look up South Carolina courts on google you have links to the various counties. He lives in Horray County. But if you look in each county there are numerous cases. It made me bored there were so many cases. It is best to find him by just using the initial "G". Sigh... I know I am barking up some Joshuah tree. Thorny and lonely, but think about my what if scenario!? Married? House! "Commitment Ceremony to STERNiepoo" It still don't account for her murder, I KNOW. geez louise

I've had a lot of last ones! I started quitting about a year ago and yet I seem to end up smoking about 12-15 cigarettes a week (all on one day with people snitching the other 5 to 8 in the pack) then I reform and quit for another week! It's ridiculous but at least I've cut way down!
