From the article and explains alot of the ET/HKS love fest going on.

Good point. The will was discussed in the trial and on several TV programs with lawyers discussing it. They all seemed to come to the same conclusion that it was a very unusual will...especially the part that said, "I have intentially omitted to provide for my spouse and other heirs, including future spouses and children......
Perhaps you remember when the judge asked Howard if he read the will when it was written, he said, "No."
The house we're restoring is the house right next to the one we live in. So i ran home holding my thumb up in the air and squeezing underneath it to slow the bleeding. Then i administered first aid to myself. Neither my husband or the other guy "allegedly" realized that i had injured myself.
Once i was all cleaned up and bandaged and settled down, i ran back over there and asked "what's the damage?" to my chandelier. The guy said "nothing. not a scratch". TG, cuz that thing wasn't cheap. And today i can type and use the spacebar and everything. So it all worked out.
Good thing Taz or Brigitte wasn't in charge of my first aid cuz i woulda probably bled to death by the time they got done rubbing my feet.

Looks like is is a subsidiary corp HKS set up under Hot Smoochie Lips and put all her assets, including her likeness, into this corporation, she was the President and he was second in charge. With her death he owns all the assets of Anna Inc... and the rights to any money made from her likeness, etc.

She is certain she could have saved her? This, from the woman who ordered a cadre of drugs for ANS, any one of which could be deadly and together definitely would be deadly.

I remember hearing someone describing him early on as a photographer/journalist. That's when I thought, "Oh, okay. That might explain why he appears comfortable in front of a camera/microphone and is quite articulate."
Since KE sent the fax to Kapoor, maybe he is the one who released it to the media. To make himself look better...
There is absolutely no reason for Milstein or Barth to have any further involvement in this saga. ANS's legal home was in California.
"The Inquest" is on tonight. Can someone tape it so we can examine it further? I don't really know how.
