Looks like is is a subsidiary corp HKS set up under Hot Smoochie Lips and put all her assets, including her likeness, into this corporation, she was the President and he was second in charge. With her death he owns all the assets of Anna Inc... and the rights to any money made from her likeness, etc.
If that's the case, why does he need the baby, unless he's going to market her, too, right?
There's a good discussion on the CourtTV board re: corporate law. According to those more familiar, once Anna died, the corporation assets go into her estate and pass to Dannielynn. Howard, as an officer, would have little say or interest in the proceeds. If there were any stock issued and he owned a share/shares of said stock, he may have an interest in it outside the estate. There may have been no stock issued, don't know. It's probably moot since Hot Smoochie Lips was suspended as a corp. in 2005, according to the corp. searches done both here, I think, and on CourtTV boards.
The Anna, Inc. corporation name Geraldo mentioned seems to be a red herring, as it was a corporation begun in 1949 and suspended, so wasn't anything related to ANS.( also found in same searches.)
