It's becoming quite clear that HK$' infatuation with ANS and humiliation by ANS, ultimately turned into absolute hatred.

Do you think perhaps HK$ overdid the "Directing"? Too many people involved? Too many projects? Too many loose ends? Too many doctors? Too many houses? Too many marks as in grifting? Too many contracts? Too many scams? Too many drugs and finally too many murders?

Geraldo made one spooky comment "Howard Stern has finally become Anna Nicole Smith - he owns all of her"

I don't think anyone will see any of the Marshall ESTATE money. I think it died when she died.

Could be Birkhead is more concerned about Dannilynn's health and well-being than the money and is telling HKS take it all, just give me my child. I certainly would.

After weeks of rumours and denials, Larry Birkhead - the man who claims to be the father - says he has proof.

He is quoted on website TMZ.com as saying: "I have seen the ultrasound and have spoken to doctors. I am very excited."

However, the former Playboy model's spokesman and legal advisor, Howard K. Stern, denies his client is expecting.

But Birkhead claims Anna Nicole's publicist is lying, saying: "Howard needs to get past his own jealousy about the relationship between myself and his only client."

However, Stern wasn't so quick to refute the claims during a recent interview.

At the time, he said: "If Anna Nicole is pregnant, she obviously doesn't want anybody to know yet. If she's not pregnant, she's not denying the rumour, because she thinks it's funny how much of a stir it's causing. She'll leave it up to you to guess which one it is."

That's an understandable emotional reaction, Carolyn.

All Coward ever wanted was "money". The money is "supposed" to go to Dannilynn anyway. Recall how Howard "pledged" that to Judge cry-baby?

Opri has seen deals go sour. Howard IS a lawyer, so Larry best get one to represent Dannilynn's interests. Opri warned him for a reason.

Much to Rales and Stern's disappointment,I agree with you. I think the Marshall money is finaly out of their reach.

I was listening to the part of Howie's testimony today, where he said that Anna Nicole was under so much stress because of all the LITIGATION!

And WHO had her in litigation from the time that they met?

If nothing else happens to him, I hope that Stern is forced to be in litigation every day for the rest of his miserable life.

Same here, I was stunned that Virgie or LB had not asked for an investigation into the babies condition and living conditions... I read in another article the other day that ANS and HKS lived like pigs in California, the article was surmising how they may have carried that forward to the Bahamas.

Don't know if it means anything, but here's where it came from. ANS-Interactive is the name on the annanicole.com official ANS website.

OK. The domain name is owned by CMG Worldwide, Indianapolis, IN. Formerly known as Curtis Management Group in 1995. They also own CMG California, LLC, as of 2000. Then there is a CA registration for the IN company as CMG Worldwide, Inc.

The CA contact person (IN makes you pay to see co officers, so I don't have any names, except a Mark Roesler). However, the CA registrant for the same Indianapolis company-same Crosspoint Blvd. address, has a contact named Daniel Siegel at 8560 Sunset Blvd, which is the Playboy Bldg.

He could only be "The Director" up to a certain point. Then the cast is let loose because he no longer has the power to say: "When and where and feed them lines".

I think Moe and Taz caught on real quick. And Bonnie is catching on, too. King and Brigitte?? I think they're shaking their heads in disbelief.

As far as I can see, the only person that is left to direct is KE and she's up to her neck right now with the drug thing. Everything is still circumstantial but the fact that the coroner has not released his report speaks of procuring real evidence of participation (murder). Sonething like....she would have been unable to administer a certain drug in her condition. I think when they get back to a retake on Daniel's autopsy, it will read the same way.

Here is another thing I don't understand in the timeline of the day of ANS's death concerning King Eric Gibson.

(You all have probably already covered it and I missed it as late comer so forgive me if you have), but I thought that HKS met Mo, Taz, and whomever they picked up at the airport (perhaps) while he was coming off the elevator. Then they went to the room. Howard and Mo go downstairs. Howard pacing lobby on cell phone. Mo leaves. Next Howard goes to boat dock. I read here that his captain, which I read was to be King Eric, was with him that day:

"Smith was enthusiastic about the yacht purchase and having it moved to their new home in the Bahamas. The Captain and Stern took possession of the yacht yesterday (Thursday February 8, 2007). Details of the purchase cannot be released. Smith and Stern's plans were to transport the yacht this morning to the Bahamas. Reel Deal confirms the yacht is on schedule to leave South Florida today. No further comment is available from Reel Deal Yachts."

But I don't remember seeing anywhere else that King Eric was with Howard at the boat and Mo didn't say he was with them in the lobby, before Mo left.

He does have Bahamian attorney, just now without one in the California case, though that guy popped up Friday saying he is LB's attorney while Opri was saying she hasn't received substitution of Attorney yet.... maybe we'll find out more tomorrow.

DannieLynn's living conditions might be what is prompting LB to go full speed ahead (attorney be damned, let HK$ have his way with everything else) to get the baby out of there. LB was around the ANS/HK$ lifestyle...he knows the way they lived. Also, HK$ has lined quite a few pockets in the Bahamas (the jurisdiction) so I am guessing he feels just the baby asap...and let the lawyers handle the rest.

i have that too....i was never diagnosed as i have no insurance but when i was a child a very nice dr ran tests and said it was possibly crohns disease......plus i have major anxiety and my attacks come at the end of my cycle like clock work and i can see my heart pound and feel it...

my heartbeat is also irregular like palpitations and with no insurance i have to buy my meds from friends......i feel your pain...and i say no to government health care.....good luck to you and prayers...barbara

King Eric disappeared. No one mentioned anything about him being at the dock with Howard.

Brigitte seems to have disappeared also. She wasn't interviewed until they were back in the Bahamas. Neither Moe nor Taz mentioned Brigitte by name. In fact, Taz said she couldn't call 9-11 because she was busy trying to resusictate Anna. It looks like Brigitte messed up Taz's story.

Wonder when the boat took off??
