Calls were not made - phone records were subpoenaed for Stern's and Moe's ----- but no information given on what these records showed. Greta says they are going to the Seminole police dept to find out what those records showed - said that's tomorrow night!!! All going to the reason there was a 25 minute lag in calling for help after Stern was called.
We've been calling for such information to be made known for this entire time.....(Black expert on there says investigation could still be ongoing - that's why we don't have the information from these phone records....)
Greta made the public records request that got this information ....... have also subpoenoed the phone records of the nurse (Taz) - want to know who Taz and Moe were talking to before the fire rescue were called.....greta - maybe talking to no one just working to revive Anna......Bernie Grimm - and Greta - seems like they did a perfunctory subpoena for these records but did nothing with the information.....Greta says they should get those phone records tomorrow night from the police.
Next Debra Rose - attorney for Virgie - says the grandmother is the grandmother is the grandmother isn't she? re: paternity actions.

The records also show 62 tablets of the anti-anxiety drug Valium were missing from a prescription less than two weeks old ...
Most of the drugs were prescribed in the name of Howard K. Stern, her lawyer-turned-companion, and none were prescribed in Smith’s own name, according to documents. Perper has said all the drugs were meant for Smith.
Information released by Perper’s office shows eight of the prescriptions were issued under Stern’s name; one under Eroshevich’s name; and two were under the name of Alex Katz. It was unclear if Katz was an alias or the name of someone connected to Smith.
The records show Smith had three prescriptions for muscle relaxants in her hotel room: two for carisoprodol, prescribed Jan. 2 and Jan. 26, and one for methocarbamol, under the brand name Robaxin, prescribed Jan. 2. Some 415 of the carisoprodol pills were missing from their containers as well as 33 of the Robaxin pills, according to the documents.
Also missing were 79 tablets of the anti-seizure medications Topomax and Klonopin; and at least two dozen diuretics, antibiotics, antivirals and potassium supplements.
The newly disclosed documents did not mention the strong painkiller methadone or the anti-anxiety pill Ativan, both of which were found in Smith’s system. Also missing from the report was disclosure on who prescribed human growth hormone...
And get her records from the time she left Anna w/ baby in the Bahamas and the time Danny died, too.

Didn’t somebody contact her publicist who indicated that the bill was in line and that Opri would get paid? I thought I saw that on TMZ.
TMZ guy on with her - Wood is not going after the discussion of homicide - but the people who have said - "he did it" - esp people who go on live TV and make these statements.....an outright allegation - TMZ guy says you never know what can happen in that situation.
Greta says the person being sued would get to put the person suing you under oath - correct? TMZ guy - says that's why these cases are often settled out of court - if something is said that's unsupportable.....in cases like that they just settle....(and Wood gets his nice cut of the dough)
Greta - talking about Stern having to go under oath - and that he has to show how he's been damaged which means you get to send out for all the financial information.
TMZ guy says Wood takes unpopular people and goes after the claims- like Patsy Ramsey. Greta - STern case is completely different from the Ramseys......Saying again such suits would make his financial records open to court - Harvey Levin is saying that Stern will testify at the inquest - but Greta says not like the questions he would get from the lawyers connected to the media outlets Wood wants to sue.
Levin - I've heard people on TV say "He's a murderer. He killed her." - Levin - he might have a claim against that network - so the network might say they don't want to open themselves up to that and would settle.

It depends on whether he will be suing us in a CA court. Winter weather this year has been seesawing back and forth. It is entirely possible to sunbathe during Christmas break, which I did in high school. Moving to the high desert, I've experienced the joy of an indoor egg hunt because it snowed on Easter.
