It took NINE YEARS before that sociopathic murderer, Jeffrey MacDonald, was brought to justice - 3 life sentences for the first degree murder of his 2 year old daughter, 2nd degree murder of his wife and his older daughter (because they thought MacDonald had been in an argument with his wife about the daughter wetting the bed and then he flew into a rage and stabbed both of them - but on purpose killed the littlest one (I am sorry to bring the gory details up).
Nine years.
And it wouldn't have happened without the persistence of MacDonald's wife's father - the children's grandfather. He was originally Jeffrey's biggest defender and champion....
Anyway - I actually found that Freeper LongIslandChick studied the MacDonald case for years and years and actually is currently assisting another "citizen" who is a Nurse - who also followed the case for years - and is now trying to pursue charges against MacDonald for a 4th Murder - the unborn son that MacDonald's wife was carrying - who also died that day in 1970. I believe the brother of Collette, the wife, is still making it a point to be sure MacDonald never gets out on parole. He came up for parole in 2005 and it was denied - thank God. MacDonald is in a med security prison in Maryland. He has "married". He still has a group of "believers" who claims he never did it including various women he has seduced.....well it's an ugly story - but the similarities to some of the goings on here are striking - esp in the sociopathic behaviors that have been witnessed and the faithful grandmother who is determined to see and pray justice come for her child and grandchild.

No I’m not scared. If I have to deal with people saying my president was behind killing over 3000 US citizens and that al queda is nothing but a cia front organization then he can deal with me making fun of him and wondering what was in that Wendy’s cup. Stern is just hoping to shake down a few networks. If he truly is a psychopath he really doesn’t care what people think of him. He just wants to find a way to use this to his advantage. MONEY. He also knows that his taint is going to rub off on ANS and in the long run it will be less money for him.

The little infant girl of Anna Nicole Smith waits another day, and another DNA hearing on Anna Nicoles daughter Dannielynn Hope, took place on Tuesday and still there was no announcement about those long completed DNA tests. What is taking so long? Who is this babys daddy? And once the DNA is delivered to a courtroom then what happens?

That was one of the topics discussed last night on CNN on the Nancy Grace show. Diane Dimond was the guest host and the concern was that there may be a lot of red tape once the DNA finally makes it to the courtroom and it is announced who is the father of Annas baby girl.
It was explained that everything down to the chain of custody may be challenged. Jean Casarez from Court TV explained, Dr. Baird is the one that performed the tests. Hes the expert from Ohio. And legally speaking, he would need to be there for the chain of custody issues and just so he could report his own findings. But I think that it will be sooner, rather than later, because we understand therell be a hearing next week.
Dr. Michael Hunter added, Certainly, chain of custody is an issue. But another reason why you would have him actually appear at a hearing is to explain in detail the testing that he did and what these results mean. Now, if he comes back with a test thats negative, essentially ruling the party out, Mr. Birkhead out, then I mean, thats pretty simple. You know, why would you make this trip to the Bahamas to simply say, yes, indeed, he is not the father?
So that may be a hint that Birkhead is the father.
Hunter continued, But if its positive, then you you get into a lot of complicating factors, and really, the question is, well, how positive is it? Youre never going to get 100 percent certainty when it comes to this type of testing in paternity. MIAMI — One doctor authorized all 11 prescription medications found in Anna Nicole Smith’s hotel room, most of them in the name of the Playboy Playmate’s companion, according to documents released by the medical examiner’s office Wednesday.
More than 600 pills were missing from prescriptions no more than five weeks old at the time of Smith’s death, although it was unclear if she took all of them, according to information obtained by The Associated Press through a public records request.
Dr. Joshua Perper, Broward County’s medical examiner, has said all of the drugs were meant for Smith, though they were prescribed in the names of others.
A probe by the Seminole Police Department agreed with Perper’s assessment that Smith’s death at 39 was an accidental overdose and that there was no foul play.
Information released by Perper’s office shows eight of the prescriptions were issued under the name of Howard K. Stern, the starlet’s lawyer-turned-companion. Two were for Alex Katz, though it was unclear if that was an alias or the name of someone connected to Smith. One prescription was under the name of Smith’s friend and psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich.
Eroshevich traveled with Smith to Florida, where she died. The medical examiner’s office said Eroshevich authorized all the medications found at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., where Smith was found unresponsive before her death Feb. 8.
Calls to Eroshevich were not immediately returned Wednesday.

All systems are go in the tabloid-friendly paternity battle over Anna Nicole Smith’s baby, Dannielynn. Howard K. Stern has dropped his appeal of the ruling-to-be, and the DNA test results are expected to be released as soon as today. Until then, mum’s the word as the Supreme Court of the Bahamas has ordered everyone in the courtroom to seal their lips until the official announcement is made. This is a rare moment of silence in a case that’s been noisy as hell.
While Vegas oddsmakers are still predicting that photographer Larry Birkhead will come out on top — so to speak — in the DNA contest, Stern remains the default daddy should Birkhead’s cheek swab not match Dannielynn’s. In a strange sort of legal loophole, Stern was not required to take a DNA test, because he is listed as the baby’s father on her birth certificate. So, if Birkhead isn’t the father, there will be no closure for the news-hungry public.
Once this case is settled, only one more Smith-related case will be pending: the inquest into Daniel Smith’s death. Forty witnesses are scheduled to testify in an attempt to discover whether Daniel’s prescription drug overdose was indeed an accident.
The Anna Nicole Smith saga seems to be maintaining its momentum, weeks after her death. The larger-than-life diva of sorts certainly left her mark on pop culture. Only history will tell us what exactly this mark will look like. Right now, it’s sort of a Rorschach test.

Thanks for the post. For what it’s worth - I read the psychic’s predictions and sorry don’t put stock in psychics. They sometimes get lucky and are accurate but just as often miss it by tons.

Thank you. Hmmm. On the service it looks fine, other than the fact that two of the three children are unmarried. Which is a bit odd. Unless Bonnie was married and is now divorced.
I just gotta wonder if there is anything in the parents' past. There's probably no way of finding out. Just curious. Unless they are in hiding just cuz they don't want to answer questions about their son or themselves to which there aren't good answers.
