I hear what you're saying. Me, I am a born prosecutor. I see them as "aginners", people who just need to contradict regardless of the evidence.
No, there was a disclaimer that they had nothing to do with the resuscitation attempts.
They should be able to tell how old the scrapes were - how much healing, if any, had taken place. That can be told by the types of cells congregated at the point of the scrape.
The only hard time to pinpoint is “peri-mortem” - just before or just after death. IOW, not much blood circulating or none at all. That’s very hard to tell.
They are beating up on Virgie over at TMZ. I don’t understand why everyone is so willing to believe Anna about Virgie when all of her other lies and machinations have been exposed. It’s ridiculous...Virgie was in her life until HKS. Before that it was Virgie driving her to Rehab. She’s getting a bum rap.
The last paragraph: If the videos are all part of Anna’s Estate and if Howard is not the father or husband, then HE stole all the stuff that he sold to ET and the monies should be recoverable by the estate.

IHKSAM author DID include a hint that there is the (outside IMHO) possibility that what is going on is the FBI is waiting for the baby's paternity and custody to be settled and Dannielynn out of Stern's clutches and then they will move in with all legal "guns" blazing......
I have had that notion buried way back in the depths of my mind and heart because underneath all this skepticism and negativity is a small hope that our country's federal law enforcement people (under Bush) still have some semblance of old time get the bad guy attitudes.
If this saga goes into a Demonrat (please, no, God) administration - which may be added reason for SterngoatSanchez to stall - that little tiny hope will be snuffed out for good - in this case.
Still hoping we will see some really "good guys" ride in at the last minute and rescue the foulness of this cesspool from the depths of crime and corruption......
Right now I have zero hope that the Bahamian justice system will do the right thing. None. I hope I'm wrong.

Man, HKS looks really BAD in that pic..like some homeless street person (no pun intended..lol). Anna looks a lot better than him and she just had a C-section. It figures that jerk wouldn’t chance leaving the hospital (and Anna) for an hour or so to go back to Horizons and shower!!
Wecht is thoroughly corrupt.
He was hired by Stern. It has become obvious by the video’s that ANS was in no position to make any decisions. Wecht is afraid his shoddy work will be exposed.
And another thing was any of Danniel’s hair taken? That could prove how long he was taking drugs. My guess is that it would show, not very long.
