Hey - I just love that picture of Dannielynn - because she is actually smiling and sooooo cute.
Sometimes I think attorneys who defend low-lifes have no soul or heart. I can’t figure out somebody like Barth, but I guess it’s all about money...
Stern and his Corrupted Bahamian friends may very well drag this out for years....because they cannot allow the truth to be told in that hearing.
I hope if so Virgie will get some attorney with power (Pro Pinder?) and move to exhume Daniel's body and re-autopsy him - the idea of which makes Wecht go apopleptic.

“Let us hope Dannielynn has an easier time going forward than Lisa Marie did after Elvis’ death.” I hadn’t followed Lisa Marie’s life - sorry - what dififculties has she had? At least she is alive. Danniellynn’s life is at stake the longer she stays with her mother’s and her uncle’s killer.

If I were Vergie and Birkhead, I’d say bring it on. They same questions that will be asked by the inquest will be opened up in depositions against Stern. Stern apparently does not want the “Inquest” to hear testimony and I doubt he will open himself to a civil suit as an enabler of ANS drug use and ultimate death.

Not a surprise here that nothing happened in the DNA hearing today. I'll be very surprised if anything happens next week either.....but, patience, patience, patience. How difficult this must be for LB but also for Virgie who is faithfully staying in that country til these matters are resolved. God bless her.
IMO, Howard is a psychopath, which makes him the ultimate opportunist. On the surface, he looks ridiculous to some of us, but psychopaths are gifted in surrounding themselves with those will bite. Psychopaths gather to themselves lackeys and minions and worshippers, and those of like mind. A fabulously public case like this is going to attract those looking for fame and fortune.
Does Howie not get this? Of course he does, instinctively and habitually- he has had almost 40 years of play to get it right. He knows that this can look like a gravy train and he knows the players that will bite (reaches out to them, in fact). Howie is bent on attracting those who will get off on his call. Who see benefit. Opportunity. He is NO FOOL.
What you and I see, Howie as a spoiled brat, in the world arena is seen as a player. Sad but true. That's why it's so important to keep up the pressure, I think.

Page 4 of the Investigative Report says:
E. Review of pertinent data from two personal laptop computers of Anna Nicole Smith in possession of Seminole Police Department.

These would be the 2 laptops taken by FS, then later turned over to Horrid County, who turned over to Seminole Police. IIRC, Perper said later on TV that they did a key word search on the laptops, but only relating to the manner of death (i.e., words like suicide, drugs, etc.).
IIRC, during the ET/HKS filmed trip back to Bahamas and then in Horizons, HKS said something like, they took Anna’s computers. And then he said something like, I had my laptop with me in Florida (I couldn’t find clip on ET when I looked). (Could have been the one Taz was surfin’ on in ANS’ room if the hotel didn’t have one.)
So, I’m not sure if they ever did search HKS’ laptop, or whether it was just Anna’s 2 laptops mentioned in the report.
Anyone know?
