I was on sabbatical when the thread reached 1000 - but I passed a resolution - as I simultaneously passed a kidney stone - which reads in effect:

Any member of the FIRM can appoint themselves or anyone else to an office befitting their abilities and attitude with respect to their needs and pay grade.

The only office that is not subject to the terms of the Charter is that of President for Life - which is assigned forthwith to uncitizen. The title is both prestigious and void.

Why did Anna and Howard have to go to Florida to see the boat in the first place? The deal was done before that. It's only six hours to the Bahamas and the boat was scheduled to leave that same day.

Oh, okay, two people couldn't die in the Bahamas...it wouldn't look right.

Tell Howard it doesn't look any better in Florida because he now has 4 LE agencies on his tail.

Bad Script Howard. Folks shouldn't be able to finger the murderer early in the story.

After weeks of rumours and denials, Larry Birkhead - the man who claims to be the father - says he has proof.

He is quoted on website TMZ.com as saying: "I have seen the ultrasound and have spoken to doctors. I am very excited."

However, the former Playboy model's spokesman and legal advisor, Howard K. Stern, denies his client is expecting.

But Birkhead claims Anna Nicole's publicist is lying, saying: "Howard needs to get past his own jealousy about the relationship between myself and his only client."

However, Stern wasn't so quick to refute the claims during a recent interview.

At the time, he said: "If Anna Nicole is pregnant, she obviously doesn't want anybody to know yet. If she's not pregnant, she's not denying the rumour, because she thinks it's funny how much of a stir it's causing. She'll leave it up to you to guess which one it is."

Meanwhile, Anna Nicole was recently caught browsing for baby clothes at posh boutique, Petit Tresor, in Los Angeles.

An onlooker revealed: "She and a female friend were looking at mostly pink pyjamas and blankets. The kind of things you get when you first find out."

For a mere $25,000, Anna Nicole Smith's diary can be yours -- if the eBay bid is right!

Starting today, loads of Anna's personal items, including diaries, ID cards and store receipts, are up for sale. The items, retrieved from the garbage at Anna's L.A. home while she was taping her reality series, "The Anna Nicole Show," were purchased by a group of "investors," including "The Bodyguard" William Castleberry and D'Eva and Eric Redding. The Reddings claim to have discovered Anna when she was a dancer in Houston, and are the authors of an Anna bio entitled, "Great Big Beautiful Doll: The Anna Nicole Smith Story."

The investors brought the items to Universal Rarities, a fine collectibles and memorabilia company, where for a 15% commission, they placed the goods on eBay. All other profits from the sale of Anna's recycled personal effects go to Castleberry and the Reddings.

While Anna's items have only been up for sale for a few hours, Jeff Woolf, co-owner of Universal Rarities tells TMZ, "We've been getting a great response, so far." Going, going, gone!

Tell Barth Lady Justice would probably look at it differently.

There's a baby's life at stake and her supposed father may be a murderer or did she forget that two people have died Howard, and Howard alone had motive, opportunity and means.

Good riddance in six years. The youngest is 12. It will be a happy day when it comes.

Boats have to be registered so it's a matter of seeing if all the paperwork was completed and the boat is in Howard's name or whether it is being laundered through King Gibson. Old man Gibson seems uneducated and Howard could run circles around him and King would never know it.

Shane is different. He was complicit in the Residency scam. Ya mon...I will take care of it. Thanks for the watch!!
