I was thinking the same thing. Marilyn in the nude found by a woman assistant. Suspicions of murder. Yes, ANS's death is very Marilynesque. The hoopla over ANS's death and daughter, and the rights to her name and image may be worth more now to the estate/executor/trustee than if she had lived. She may become some sort of cult phenomena. And then there are the Marshall millions. With Daniel gone, HKS didn't need her anymore for that either. Why people don't see the danger to Dannielynn is beyond me.
Interesting scandal about Marilyn's autopsy results I was not aware of from Wiki:
...the original investigation into her death had not been conducted properly. The officers that arrived at her home had failed to secure the scene, people freely came and went, possibly contaminating or destroying evidence. The re-investigation also revealed that all lab work, tissue samples, and test results from the autopsy disappeared from the county coroner's office immediately after the official ruling had been made public.[citation needed] The report also suggested that Monroe's body may have been moved after death, as lividity had appeared in different parts of her body at different times.
There's also an autopsy photo of MM on the web (not sure of authenticity) which shows the lividity -- for the unsqueamish.

From this article report of HKS's statement it appears that Gerlene and Eric are still together. Where Bridget fits in I have no earthly idea.

SUICUIDE OR MURDER?
Investigations reveal model Anna Nicole Smith’s tragic death could have been a murder.
The police called the new evidence significant, but put off announcing the results until the probe was complete.
Anna Nicole’s bodyguard, Maurice Brighthaupt, who was with her on the fateful day, claimed that her boyfriend Howard K. Stern had been acting "highly strange" hours before she collapsed in a Florida hotel room last month.
"This was unexpected. But this case has more turns than anything I could have imagined," the Mirror quoted medical examiner Dr. Joshua Perper as saying.
Dr Perper said he met with police chief Charlie Tiger after being intimated about the new evidence.
"We exchanged information. They informed us about additional pieces of evidence that they have obtained," he said.
"This is not delayed evidence, this is additional evidence that has come to light during the course of the investigation," a police spokesman added.
Anna Nicole bodyguard Brighthaupt also told the police that she was on "heavy doses" of prescription drugs when she died, including antibiotics. He is also believed to have said that Stern administered her "some types of drugs" in the months leading to her collapse.
The former ‘Playboy’ playmate’s mother, Virgie Arthur, had also accused Stern as being the one who fed her daughter a cocktail of prescription drugs. But during the court hearing, he strenuously denied the allegation.
