Over the years I have come to ignore my old concerns about beer going bad quickly, now I buy my beer in 3 month batches, when it is on sale.

I have some home made dark beer from the 90s in a garage down by the beach that never gets over 70 degrees, next time I come across it I'm going to sample a bottle.
