Ah, another thing I grew up with - Warner Brothers and MGM cartoons! Remember this?
Magical Maestro (The beginning was translated into some East Asian language, but the rest has been preserved, since it needs no translation). ;-)

You beat me to Snuffalupagus(mostly because I had no idea
about the spelling. LOL)! And how could I forget Rubber-
Ducky and Kermit. Those two were earlier members while
I think Mr. Snuff- came around some time in the mid '70's.
I could not think of Mr Hopper's name. I know they had a
memorial type of episode when he died.
Who remembers an old time episode with full size muppets
in suits who were playin' around a mock-up model of a lunar
lander, as a popular vocal ditty of the day played in the
background.??? MAH-NUM-MA-NUM....BA-BEE-PA-BEEP-PEE....
....JJ61 By the way, "I think I'll paint a number "8" before I appear on the Jefferson.".

I like this version is funnier (though it's from the Muppet Show, not Sesame Street).
