Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I have to give LB a pass on this. Stern DOES have his daughter in his custody and possibly has killed two people already.

Like i said a couple days ago, you bet your backside they looked at those tapes first thing. They knew right away what went on. They let Moe talk awhile and tell some lies. Then they confronted him with his lies and the videos and whammo! Moe's cooperating. He goes on TV some more to keep HKS on the line. Mixing up his stories, probably deliberately at police suggestion, to get Howard sweating those bullets, and to get Howard to start making mistakes, trying to cover his tracks, etc.
I heard it said as "a bottle of baby oil."
And my husband asks me over and over why do i keep reading this stuff. I tell "if you only knew...". I tell him that everyday something big happens. It's such a unbelievable and huge drama.

Baby's whereabouts unknown
Smith's 5-month-old baby, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, was not with Smith when she died and is believed to be in the Bahamas. But the exact whereabouts of the baby, who is at the center of a broadening custody battle, were unknown Saturday.
On Friday, a pickup carried a crib and an infant's car seat from the mansion in the exclusive New Providence neighborhood to Gibson's house in the middle-class Marathon area. Later, a baby could be heard crying inside the house. Gibson did not return calls seeking comment Saturday.

The body doesn't turn cold instantly. I think I read that the temperature drops only a couple of degrees in the first hour.
This also explains what we were all wondering. Why wasn't the baby being cared for at Horizons? They told us she was being cared for by Gibsons mother at her home. Big lie!
So Howard never checked into whether Daniel had any insurance policy. Yeh, right.
