Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
It wouldn't have to be deliberate from Kapoor to go down for homicide if he was prescribing her too many drugs. I think Perper is struggling between a accidental OD or negligent homicide. Someone must think that there is something on the computer that directs it to negligent homicide instead of accidental OD.
And I am not saying I can prove any such illegal influence over Perper by Team Stern. This is just an opinion based on observations and seeing others in this position being bought and paid for by those who want an investigation to be resolved in their favor.
Sandy Kapoor is indeed the doctor wearing the TRUST ME SHIRT shirt. His close cirlcle of friends have always referred to Sandy as Suellen, after the Dallas character, due to his excessive drinking habits and questionable choices in men. He wants fame so badly. Early in the coverage, some commentator was wondering (maybe Greta!) "what is entertainment medicine"? (Kapoor lists his specialties as geriatric, hospice and entertainment medicine).
My theory: a doctor who specializes in end-of-life care, particularly who works with hospice, will not have prescriptions for opiates as closely watched as a doctor with any other specialty. Kapoor probably "laundered" drugs meant for hospice, end-of-life cases to his "entertainment" clientele.
There was that bottle of Methadone discovered in her frig in the Bahamas, after her death. I wonder how full the bottle was.
But sooner or later the stern slimster will get whats coming to him.
Howard must be fuming and saying: "Anna wouldn't want you to do that. That was the only private part of her life."

There has been speculation that Kapoor & HK$ are 'very close' and could have been involved in a conspiracy for some time.
Unfortunately, the track record for the 'very close' is ME FIRST. So let's watch for an early schism.,
Good theory. Don't doubt it. It will take a court order to get Kampoor to cooperate with this investigation....Perper's efforts will not make it happen. Kampoor knows his goose is cooked if anybody with authority proceeds with looking into his practice. The results won't be finalized for him for probably years.
I bet you are right HB. Will either he or HKS have to spend any time behind bars for their involvement in this downward spiral toward death?
Brigette definitely seems to be a wild card in this mystery.
Wouldn't Perper only be able to speculate on what people told him unless someone did a liver temperature ASAP at the hospital?
I'll chime in here, being the devil's advocate:) Suppose Howard's cell phone call in the lobby, if it happened, was something innocuous? We heard Anna and Trimspa were served that day of her death with a lawsuit from a disgruntled customer/s. Perhaps that phone call was to a lawyer about that subject.

I had a whiff of hope yesterday that perhaps indeed Chief Tiger's crew is doing what we were told by Samantha that he would do - investigate quietly but thoroughly bahind the scenes - and he would be a bulldog for the truth.
I would imagine if that's the case, and the LE's have uncovered troubling facts to go with (some of our and others') theories about Daniel's and Anna's deaths....that these LE's are doing their best not to "spook" Stern until they can make an arrest. Good LE's would do that.
Stern has access to a private jet and could fly the coop if he felt he was going to be nailed.
Some of us here and, I think, many others across the country and the world FEAR for Dannielynn's safety around Stern....a fear that would increase should Stern feel cornered and decide to take the baby and flee to, say, Dubai?
I am sure this would not happen until and unless an arrest warrant is issued for Stern.
Did Anna have a temperature when she laid down. The body cools at a pretty particular rate. Regardless, the time span between alive and dead is vey small and it seems witnesses would be the highest evidence in determining the time of death.
Same applies here, what were all the prescriptions, who were they written for and was the same things prescribed by different doctors or in amounts that a doctor is not allowed to prescribe a class three drug.
The only difference I see here is they are legal drugs correctly prescsribed and used vs heroin, crack, etc. Just as many people get messed up and cannot function in their daily lives because of prescription abuse.
Well, I had thought an autopsy could determine time of death - but that may not be right. If not, then, yes he is purely speculating on time of death. There has not been a death certificate issued yet for Anna's death has there? Wouldn't time of death be on the death certificate? Put there by the ME?

Well if they put a tight squeeze on Kapoor then he might just sing Stern into the picture. Kapoor may have been prescribing the same drugs he was giving Anna under Stern's name also with full knowledge that Stern would be passing them off to Anna. (helping Anna Double dip on prescriptions which could end up being negligent homicide for both Stern and Kapoor. Kapoor would need to have a medical file on Stern also and that Stern medical file would have to reflect the same medical symptoms that Anna had. Something tells me that Kapoor does not keep good medical records.)
