Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
The meth came a few days before Daniel died. That was 5 months before Howard took the stand. Howard said she hadn't taken it in 5 months so why was the meth even prescribed if she wasn't going to take it?? Anna didn't know that meth was part of Daniel's cause of death at that time. So, why would she SUDDENLY stop taking it??

Questions that need to be answered...
How many drugs were found in her system?
What are the names of the drugs found in her system?
What was the drug levels of each of these drugs in her system?
Did she have prescriptions for each of these drugs in her name or in one of her aliases?
Who were the doctors prescribing the drugs?
What was the dose amount on the each of the drugs?
What medical reasons did she have that required these medications?
If the dose amounts were high, then why were they high?
Was Anna double or triple dipping? (getting the same drug scripts from different doctors each month - thus having a nice supply on hand?)
Did any of the drugs she was taking badly interact with each other?
How often did these doctors have her come in for exam before they would order a refill on her prescriptions?
How many times was she able to refill these prescriptions without having to see the doctor in person or call the doctor for a refill?

If Kapoor "made it easy for her to OD" by the way he was prescribing for her, as you say is possible, would there be a chance this was deliberate on his part? Could he and Stern have cooperated in a scheme to make her die a death that could not be distinguished from accidental OD or suicide?
I know it wouldn't matter whether he INTENDED her death or not, to the fact that she DID die and it could appear to be self-inflicted. I'm just wondering if this thought I had (Stern + Kapoor) has occurred to you...
Well, neither am I but I never gave my kids anything without reading the damn little insert, checking with my pharmacist and I certainly didn't double their dose.

So it seems the Drs may be on the hook while HKS, the enabling drug pusher and pimp, will not be held liable for his part in these deaths? Ugh...

Agreed. It is sad that his unprofessional behavior has made us all distrust him. There is something kind of scary about that.....and him (separate and apart from the lump, of course). We should be able to rely on the professional and unbiased work of MEs.
Ok - thanks - didn't recognize her name that way....understand. So she was a neighbor of Anna Nicole's? In California? Isn't that conveneient. Once does wonder how many meds she prescribed for Anna.....and let's name them....and did she also prescribe the antidepressants for Daniel or more likely - did Daniel just take them from Anna's or Stern's stash.
If he had enough of them in front of him, he could. Even you could do that.
