Yes, and since January 21, if Cheney were to become President, he would be eligible to serve a further two terms.

The world will know that in 2008 when he doesn't run again and steps aside willingly.

It's not as if her acting was setting the world on fire, either. She specialized in "the homely, chubby, comic-relief girlfriend" roles.
The libs are competing against each other to see who can say the stupidest things. I'm not sure that this particular entry by Rosie will make it up to the "honorable mention" category, but I'm sure she hasn't given up yet.
Let's all have a bit of sympathy for Rosie.
Every morning she must wake up and think up another outrageous, offensive, mindless, false, incendiary, and/or derivative thing to say. She is on a constant quest to conceal the fact that she has no discernible talent, is unattractive inside and out and will do anything for PR, including the ego-driven adoption of kids who, with no say in the matter, are sentenced to live in a dysfunctional two-lesbian "family."
It may sound Trumpesque but I stated years ago that every thing Rosie has been involved with has been a dismal failure (magazines, musicals, etc.). We're not talking downturns in business, we are talking end-of-the-line, all-fixtures-for-sale clear-outs.

Just imagine Bush saying that he'll resign if impeachment hearings begin, leaving Cheney as president!

Funny! I would like someone - like a Sean Hannity or Bill O'Reilly - to come on her show and bring two boxes of donuts. One box for the other three ladies and another for her. I think her head would explode at the insult.
I'd like to see a President Cheney.
I'd bet the tone in Washington would definitely change then. Dems would be squawking all the way to the 08 elections.

Rosie is smart enough to figue out what pro wrestlers have known for years - The "bad guy" wrestlers make more money than the "good guys." More people will turn in to watch someone they hate (hopefully go down) than to watch the good guy. She figures whether they watch to see what disgusting thing she will say or whether they watch because they agree with her, they are all watching. Note: Rosie has raised the ratings for the View.
So tell SanFranNan to file articles of impeachment..........or STFU.
