Assuming that she only holds US citizenship I can't understand how she's allowed to work there.Unless,of course, somebody did someone a favor at some point between 1998 and 1/20/2001.

In America, one dresses for success. In England apparently, they undress for success.

She has to get a work permit but yes it is perfectly legal for US citizens to work in the UK. And for UK citizens to work in the US.

Oh,I know it's legal. But it's her ability to procure the work permit that I'm questioning.Europe has a high enough unemployment rate that a foreigner would have to have an unusual or hard to find skill to qualify for a work permit.
I wouldn't be surprised if the fingerprints of the Clinton machine could be found in this.

Agree. My husband and I had to delay our honeymoon until the British Consulate opened the Monday after our wedding and I could get a working visa. I had to enter Britain with a working visa in hand or I wouldn't have been able to look for a job. Somebody pulled some strings for her.

She's got her resume and kneepads. As John Cleese once noted regarding the differences between the English and Americans, in England you only have to go down on one knee to greet the sovereign.

With her oral communications skills? She will get a job. She can find someone that subscribes to Ben Franklin's observation that all cats are alike gray in the dark.
