I see the writer, while somewhat hailing the execution of Saddam, is still blaming the U.S. for the condition that Iraq is in. It couldn't occur to the writer that perhaps Saddam himself if responsible for the condition that Iraq is in, which occurred long before the U.S. and the allies went in?
