good for you! i make mine with a whole block of cream cheese, butter, evaporated milk and heavy cream... people love them... and it's not like i make them everyday!

Momma potatoes:
Mash with sour cream, milk, and diced onions.
Pour into pie dish.
Pats of butter on top. Lots!
Under the broiler til brown and crusty.
