Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Sing hey! for the bath at close of day
That washes the weary mud away!
A loon is he that will not sing:
O! Water Hot is anoble thing!
O! Sweet is the sound of falling rain.
and the brook that leaps from hill to plain;
but better than rain or rippling streams
is Water Hot that smokes and steams.
O! Water cold we may pour at need
down a thirsty throat and be glad indeed;
but better is Beer, if drink we lack,
and Water Hot poured down the back.
O! Water is fair that leaps on high
in a fountain white beneath the sky;
but never did fountain sound so sweet
as splashing Hot Water with my feet!
They look great!
Gosh! Thanks!
They're meant to be a bit "abstract"...but you can still tell they're Beetles, huh?
Oh yeah. Even if you hadn't told us.
Sometimes I wonder why people seem to push this idea that, say, debugging code is somehow more fulfilling than baking cookies for a couple Jedis.
That said, I might have to whack you with a fish too. I haven't folded laundry in over a week and you're making me feel guilty.
Ha! I just looked at my living room...it's an absolute disaster. School stuff all over the place. That basket of laundry that is in the picture of the car parts is still sitting there.
Time to yell at the jedis.
Heh heh!
Joshua licked the frosting off his cookie and said it was all he wanted...
Well, I'm done with the gingerbread cookies. I am supposed to take 12, and the recipe made 16...so I can mess up a couple and be ok.
I'm practically ~beside~ myself in anticipation...
I can see that :~)
The reds are a bit hard to see in the picture, but they look pretty good too.
Or should I say ~was~. He's currently on administrative leave.
:-)
Anyways, they're gonna think I'm nuts. It's a Christmas party! I'm bringing red and green gingerbread Volkswagens to a Christmas party!
Heh heh! That's ok.
Here's where I got the idea...It's a pattern on a floor mat.
~chuckling~
LOL!!!
Pretty creative, actually! (Although I don't think that would do for a Christmas cookie pattern.)
How did you find out about it???
Hallelujah!
*snort* Those jedis woulda had bug eyes for sure seeing that!
I'm thinkin' I probably don't wanna go there at work, huh?
The lollipops are for the kids' stockings for my family's Christmas party, which will be this Saturday. Didn't make it this year, but I sure hope we'll be there for good by NEXT Christmas!
