Loki is terrorizing the 5 Shih Tzu's. He is Siamese and loves to jump and climb. He sits in his cat tree and hits you in the head when you walk past. Lilac the old Siamese lady is just watching everyone with evil eyes. Meo the Russian Blue is just hanging out waiting for a snack and the baby tiger Keylala is hiding from Loki. I know I have a zoo here but I do some animal rescue work. They all are such characters and I love each of them very much.
Thelonius, the Fat one, is sleeping on a blanket, and getting fatter by the second. She is where all fat goes when it is lipo'd out (of other people, it just appears in her.)
Mingus, a/k/a, the Evil one, is plotting the downfall of humanity, or the kitty cat invasion of Poland AS WE SPEAK all the while pretending to nap in the dining room.
Rocket J. Squirrel, the Beautiful one, is pacing in the hallway thinking great thoughts involving food and his incredible coat of orange and white silk.
Apple Chase, the Youngest One, is hanging out in the Master Bedroom, basking in her adorableness and planning her attack on my feet set for 0400 tomorrow morning.
Ursa, Rottweiler extroirdinaire, is sleeping at my feet and grumbling in her dreams. She is a fine dog.
As for any quirks they have... my cats are all freaks, so just about everything they do is head-scratching.
My cat loves to lick plastic bags and it drives me nuts! Its like chalk on a chalkboard to me. It doesn't matter whether they're ziplocks, grocery bags or the side of a trash bag.
Aaaargh!
Other than that she's a wonderfully sweet kitty!
I let the dog in and he likes to chase it, too. ;-)
I own six of them.
The greatest carrier yet.
My cat is complaining because I won't let him outside and I won't feed him. I occasionally squirt him with a water pistol.
Mine is curled up in a cute little purring ball, sleeping soundly.
Just the other day she started exhibiting what I thought to be a symptom of congestive heart failure. She was making the identical noises my other cat with that condition occasionally makes. It came on suddenly and Sunday it was happening all day, every few minutes.
That evening I prayed for her, and then checked on her a half hour later, and found her happily sleeping, and apparantly healed. There was lots of kitty cat mucus nearby as if she just expelled it all at once. I've never seen that happen, in either a cat or a human, that they would expel all their mucus at once and then be perfectly healthy afterward.
Maybe she just had a cold as opposed to CHF, but she's all better now.
Excusez moi lol!
What a beautiful kitty! I have always wanted an all white kitten. Anybody know of one that needs a home?
Mine sometimes get their heads through the handle of a small plastic bag (the kind you get in a NY deli). Eventually they give up trying to get it off and just walk around the house with it, annoyed.
Taking a bath.
Taking care of business.
Hacking up hairballs.
And hanging in there.
Huey is solid black, so he is lying in the living room floor, waiting to trip someone who walks through there. Tubby is lying under the Christmas tree, looking all sweet, but he is nothing but an evil, evil cat. Charlotte is outside - probably trying to kill something.
She don't get into mischief unless she knows you're watching.
If you're not looking, she'll yowl until she gets your attention. (Then it's showtime!)
