dorks....
Old Farts Club.
Boy, they sure don't look like a party that is now in the minority.
Glee Club
Hey, registered, maybe you can photoshop a beer mug into Boehner's hand and make it seem like they're singing German drinking songs ("In DC Steht Ein Hoffbrau Haus, Einz, Schiew, Loosin!")
"Springtime for Boehner in Washington....."
No kidding. Same old faces, year after year after year. In this case the old farts appear happy to be losers.
We have strength and character enough to not suffer a nervous meltdown and run crying and screaming to headshrinkers and new age gobbledeegook when things don't go our way.
We buck up, smile, crack a self-effacing joke or two, and go on with our lives, fighting harder for what we believe in.
Geez, I remember the likes of Gerald Ford and Bob Michel when they were minority leaders. They were minority leaders because they had a "minority" mindset. I'm disappointed that the very people who did nothing over the past two years, driving their majority status into the ground, have been rewarded with another two years of "leadership."
The hill is alive...with the sound of babble...
a sound that we'll hear...for the next two years...
We buck up, smile, crack a self-effacing joke or two, and go on with our lives, fighting harder for what we believe in.
We? Oh please, you don't really think you are part of this group of happy go-lucky fools that just got kicked out of power do you? Give me a break. They are happy because they live high on the hog, don;t have a care about health insurance, enjoy tremendous perks and become rich while earmarking their merry way as they stay in power for years and years.
I'm series. To hell with the LOTT of them!
I wouldn't use this expression of eloquence in describing Eric Cantor, who is relatively young as well as a bona fide conservative.
Whatever floats your boat.
Perhaps he should have been elected minority leader.
If this doesn't look like old boys club...
To be fair, Boehner has been less than 2 yrs in his job... He was elected majority leader in Feb 2006.
Beautiful...
Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me.
We pillage, we plunder, we rifle, and loot
