At this time, when feelings run high, the world seems crazy, and anger seems to be the one thing the peoples of the world have in common, I invite you, my fellow FReepers, to join me in prayers and meditation for guidance, God's help and for our fellow man, for America, our troops, and all our own needs.

Thank you for this day Eternal LORD.
I pray to be mindful of you and to walk in your presence with Joy and Reverence.
We ask you for every good thing and for those who are in difficulty that you would bring relief from Heaven.
Father of Lights, in whom there is no change or shadow of turning, pour out your Great Mercy and send us Revival. I pray that you would bring Salvation to this land in a great and mighty outpouring. Bring us to repentance to save many for Eternity with You. Bless my Brothers and Sisters here in the Prayer Room. I thank you for them.

I Love that Scripture, bperiwinkle! I Hope Everyone had a Wonderful Thanksgiving.
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. I come here often and read and get much enjoyment and knowledge. I dont post very often so I may seem like a stranger. My wife was diagnosed last Tuesday with with a 2 inch tumor in her lung that is probably cancerous. We would sure appreciate any prayers that anyone would be inclined to send up. She says isnt afraid of dying but doesnt really want to leave our girls yet. She is only 49, way to young.

Isa 57:15 For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: "I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite.
Thank you Lord for this day. Help us to have an eternal frame of mind. We pray for all those in great need who have cried out to you in faith. You are the Sustainer of Life and the Author of it.

Friends, tomorrow the movers come to pack us, Tuesday to load us, and Wednesday we go to Boise. I will be off line, unless I get to a library until Friday at the earliest come Wednesday, and possibly even Tuesday.
Please say a prayer for me that the move goes well, and that the weather which is supposed to come in on Monday and Tuesday be done with and I won't have bad weather to drive in on Wednesday.
This day O Lord,
teach me to share your word
to those around me
even when I say nothing,
silently
all throughout the day
by the way I act,
the things I choose,
the deeds I do.
Fill my heart with your love,
so that I can love
openheartedly
for your glory.
Fill my mind with your patience,
so I can see beyond
appearances
to the child of God that is each and every one of us.
