"Mac" is one of my coworker's cousin.
Even though my coworker is much older than "Mac", you can see the resemblance.
(Okay, not that this means anything, but just by posting here, everyone who reads this is only 4 degrees os separation from "Mac") :-)

Heh...I'll never be a Mac user but I have to admit these ads do make me laugh. Justin Long (the actor who plays the "Mac") is pretty funny in a lot of what he does as well.

The only problem for Apple with these ads is that "PC" steals the show....

The Mac "Home Movie" was played by Gisele Bündchen, reportedly
(by Wikipedia, at least) as "the richest supermodel in the world", worth a cool $150 million.
All that, plus: she's single.
(And since she's a "Mac", she'll have nothing to do with Echo Talon.... :-) )

Darn it, I hate photosites that don't allow linking!
Let my try that again:

I love my Mac too!
After 8 to 11 hours a day on a PC I can't wait to come home to my Mac!
To: Swordmaker
Quirky and charming.
I like that.

Oh the new ads don't amuse me as much as the first ones, although I did like the "therapy session".
Really looking forward to the new .Mac web mail...

That is my favorite of the three by far. I was dying when she came onscreen.

The only problem for Apple with these ads is that "PC" steals the show.... What?
It's more like George Costanza on Seinfeld. He stole the show on occasion, but there was no doubt that he was the Seinfeld village idiot.

Those of us who bought Beta wouldn't touch a Mac with a ten foot pole. Sorry... but this Mac user still has two Beta VCRs and several hundred Beta pre-recorded movies (I bought out a couple of rental stores when they dropped their Beta movie rentals).
Excellence is still excellence.
