HELSINKI (Reuters) - A fee of 25,500 euros ($32,000) is way too much for a woman to charge a man for fondling her bosom, a Finnish district court ruled.
The court jailed a couple in their twenties for more than a year for charging a 74-year-old who suffers from dementia a total of 25,500 euros to enjoy the woman's breasts on 10 occasions...

I'm pretty sure I saw this offered for the same price in the Nieman-Marcus Christmas catalog a few years ago.

The guy that married Anna Nicole Smith paid a hell of a lot more than $32,000.

The Catch 22 of the libertarian argument for legalizing prostitution:

On one hand, you have authoritative extension of the governing body upon a decriminalized mountain of untaxed cash which gives libertarians euphoric visions of naked pure capitalism; on the other hand, you have the government, particularly the unelected elitist majestrates, feeling their authority extends into the soft world of unregulated free markets thus cupping the very liberties released!

And there's the rub--an expensive, expansive rub. And you know some politician is wanting to overexploit this new government cash teet.

Everyone knows that the Clinton Rule is an established, highly referenced, unimpeachable source of unwritten law. Guys gets 1 free feel. That's how it is. The $32,000.00 figure needs to be recalculated to reflect the freebie.

Samples and testing for firmness, rigidity, ovality, nipple length, separation, gravity defiance, and texture are all chargeable decision making tests.
