Sigh, yes, dear Abby/Dolly will have to wait yet another week, as a combination of my procrastination, Murphy’s visit, and normal SNAFUs have contributed.

And since I only have 3 questions there is STILL time for you to submit your to me via FReepMail. And I REALLY am not trying to hog all the threads. ( even though it SURE looks like it )

Well, the thread didn't have your normal stuff. When something's not found on the Net, the browser generally displays what's called a 404 error.

Simply put, whatever we were looking for wasn't found. In this case, this week's visitors cannot access the planned items for the thread as they're not on the server.

Thanks Bill. Cali the cat was also a rescue of sorts. She and her litter mates were dropped of on my front porch spring of 88 in NC. They were so young their eyes did not open yet. 4 of them & all attractive cats. but no mamma.

I was on my way out for a BIG closing( I was a commercial real estate agent at time). I picked up the box of kittens, a nursing kit, milk mix & went off to attorneys office. Each one of the principals got a kitten, a towel & a feeding bottle. I told them I would close the paperwork & they could "mother" the kittens.

We all made a LOT of money that day & noone complained about my request. In fact they were comparing notes as to how "my kitten" ate etc. Ironic thing is that 2 of the men eventually took the kittens they nursed that day. The each named the kitten a name related to the transaction. I kept cali & gave the last one to a good friend. She was a cali look alike but with dilute colors (that means the red is cream & the black is Grey)

I WISH, WISH, WISH I had taken pix.. I was so consumed with the many intricate details of the 5 way 1031 tax deferred exchange in the multimillion dollar category, that I did not have much else on my mind.

I knew some people who were involved with Emmanuel. I also knew some people who went to Milligan. I don't remember exactly where either of them were.

That is how I have been the past couple days. Mega tension, problems & little sleep.

You know, for a long as Freerepublic has been around, and for how many hundreds of thousands of members there are, I'm surprised there is no freeper dating service. Even Hannity has Hannidate. We have to think about the future, for the next generation of freepers.

Am I the only one who thinks this? Or is there something already in place?

Greetings all!!

I had a GOOD week this week. Made some extra $ from fixing a couple of projos for a friend. Got holiday pay from my second job (and I did NOT expect it). Gas is a little more than $2 a gallon around here...

ALL in all--a good week.
