Mayo (or Sour Cream) spiced with some Old Bay seasoning is great to dip fries in!

Chocolate and potato chips, at the same time.
Also, salt on cantaloupe, learned from my southern grandparents.

Fresh mint leaves in scrambled eggs are really good. You have to use fresh leaves not dried though. One jar of yellow mustard and the same size jar of grape jelly slowly melted together make a great sauce for ribs or those tiny little hotdog franks.

In New Jersey you'll see french fries with gravy and sometimes with vinegar. Both are very good especially when salted to excess.

Maybe. I really like Old Bay on crabs or shrimp. Where do you get fries like that?

Well, it's not just deer meat. Think Rudolph, not Bambi. It's a different animal.

I always liked the club crackers with the cheese pack. It was the same general thing, little square of speadable cheese with a little red plastic stick to smear it on the crackers.

That's a little weird, but I was traveling not that long ago with a guy who put mayo on his fries. I couldn't even watch him eat.

Vincent: You know what they put on French fries in Holland instead of ketchup?
Jules: What?
Vincent: Mayonnaise.
Jules: G-damn.
Vincent: I've seen 'em do it, man. They f--king drown 'em in that sh-it.

Vincent: And you know what they call a... a... a Quarter Pounder with Cheese in Paris?
Jules: They don't call it a Quarter Pounder with cheese?
Vincent: No man, they got the metric system. They wouldn't know what the f--k a Quarter Pounder is.
Jules: Then what do they call it?
Vincent: They call it a Royale with cheese.
Jules: A Royale with cheese. What do they call a Big Mac?
Vincent: Well, a Big Mac's a Big Mac, but they call it le Big-Mac.
Jules: Le Big-Mac. Ha ha ha ha. What do they call a Whopper?
Vincent: I dunno, I didn't go into Burger King.

We must be related ;) Love dipping fries in a strawberry malt, and I must have potato chips in a tuna sandwich or a hot dog.

Chocolate and potato chips, at the same time.

Something about salty and sweet just go great together. I sometimes throw chocolate chips in my popcorn bowl. Of course, I wind up with a melted mess, but....
