I'm thinking about just calling the man.
Nope, haven't tried that - sometimes ya just gotta get a new one.
Theoretically, I think if you could take the door off, place a 2 X 4 or such under it just behind the bend area, have someone stand on the other end and then you push it on the otherside into a semblance of straightness, but I see the operation fraught with difficulties.
Hmmmm.....sounds like a Three Stooges moment...
Puppies have discovered shoes. Fortunately I only have about three pairs. Unfortunately that means I can't afford to have them eaten.
Rescued the sneakers with no real damage.
As long as they didn't snatch them off the neighbors' porches.
They also are developing a healthy cat respect. Yay.
My dog still thinks Cartman is a dog. The one seriesly lethal cat around, and Cisco gets upset because he can't get him to play tag.
In some ways Cisco is very smart. In others...not so much.
Heh. Valence and Neutron are smart puppies. But they are still figuring out what's allowed and what's not. You should see them eat - about twenty seconds, tops, there's nothing left.
Cisco has it figured out that when we get up, he goes out, and then he has breakfast. But he realllly wants breakfast. So...last week or so, I get up, he runs to the door, I open the door and he barges out, turns in a circle and runs back in to wait by his food bowl.
It's smart and dumb at the same time.
Started reading the thread till I noticed > 3000 posts, so I skipped to the end of it.
Belated Congrats, by the way...
Cheers!
Silly boy. Does it work?
Well, thank you, and welcome to the thread! Who invited you here?
FR is such a huge site, I can't possibly keep up with all the names ;-)
Full Disclosure: out of curiosity, I clicked on your homepage.
Iowa. I'm jealous--used to live in Iowa and in Minnesota, now in exile in Arizona. Can't stand the heat.
Cheers!
LCS is a great guy. He doesn't frequent us often enough.
Not that anyone needs a referal to come hang out at the HH. Always glad to have new people stop by!
I am liking Iowa so far though I've been here less than two months. We have Hobbit Hole people all over though none in Arizona.
Alas, several of us are AZ-expats. I still consider it my home, even though I live in MD.
Welcome to the hobbit hole!
Welcome! Where in AZ are you? I grew up in Prescott and went to the UofA in Tucson. I spent several years in Minnesota too, and loved it there.
It's a bit brisk today. I got almost an inch of rain yesterday.
Hmmmmm....what to fix for dinner...
Welcome, grey whiskers :~)
You won't be tested on what you missed, we've been talking a long time :~)
I'm Hair, and my husband ecurbh and I met here in the Hobbit Hole too.
You find 3000 posts intimidating?
What say, folks, should we make him start at the very beginning? How many posts are we up to now?
Heh...just kidding. People are always welcome to jump in anywhere!
I think I've seen you on some of the kitty threads.
I think he's training me...
