Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!

Mawwage is what bwings us togethew today!

New verse:

Upon the hearth the fire is red,
Beneath the roof there is a bed;
But not yet weary are our feet,
Still round the corner we may meet
A sudden tree or standing stone
That none have seen but we alone.
Tree and flower and leaf and grass,
Let them pass! Let them pass!
Hill and water under sky,
Pass them by! Pass them by!

Still round the corner there may wait
A new road or a secret gate,
And though we pass them by today,
Tomorrow we may come this way
And take the hidden paths that run
Towards the Moon or to the Sun.
Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe,
Let them go! Let them go!
Sand and stone and pool and dell,
Fare you well! Fare you well!

Home is behind, the world ahead,
And there are many paths to tread
Through shadows to the edge of night,
Until the stars are all alight.
Then world behind and home ahead,
We’ll wander back to home and bed.
Mist and twilight, cloud and shade,
Away shall fade! Away shall fade!
Fire and lamp, and meat and bread,
And then to bed! And then to bed!

Yeah - 9. You can come over earlier... any time, if you want to run Cisco good before it starts.

Rub it in, whydoncha?

There was a gal on the radio today who had seen it - some TV guide editor or something. She more or less said that the first five minutes are "whoaaa..." material. I guess I'll find out soon enough what that means...

Is it LOST yet?
Is it LOST yet?
Is it LOST yet?

Tired Cisco out partially. Figure I'll let Homer do the rest. Hopefully. Maybe I'll come over at eight or so.

When is it on there?

If you get impatient waiting, "Jericho" on CBS is pretty good, too.

I just picked up this tagline in a Battlestar Galactica thread -- what do you think!

That's a good one. I haven't followed "Battlestar Gallactica" much. Our #1 son loves it.

The recent thread argues whether the bad guys are supposed to be us or the terrorists. Argued well on both sides.

I still haven't decided whether I'm following Lost or not.... suppose it won't hurt to see if I have time for the first episode...

It was something of an aggravating episode. Didn't answer anything at all - just added more confusion.

Heh...Matthew is a hoot! I hope you write all these stories down to use against him later. :-)

I just ordered a Yoda mask for thenewboy...trying to bribe him into stop sucking his thumb. Thegirl bought a pattern for Princess Leia costume and wants to make it with me. It looks really easy.

We've started swimming again on Mondays. Are the boys still swimming?
