Just FYI.... Costco carries a organic brand of EVOO called Tasso that is excellent and Costcos' Kirkland brand is good also

Only if it's not cooked with...at 100 degrees it becomes rancid....there's only a few oils that do not become rancid when cooked with...Coconut Oil...organic...all others over time will cause major health problems.

I only use olive oil - never use any other kind - but I grew up in an Italian/American household so it was the only oil in the house.
