Archives are on my home page.
Enjoy.
Well done.
Beautiful!
Thank you.
How're ya enjoying Jason Lewis up there?
That's nice, P. Cottraux. We're very sad about Steve's demise, too. He did a lot for reptiles -- all my kids think snakes, lizards, and what-all are the coolest thing going!
Thank you, ma'am.
He's kickin' a$$ and takin' names on both sides of the aisle. Just like I remembered him.
I hadn't watched it in a while, but I loved his show. He was entertaining, but his passion for what he did was also unmatched.
He also convinced ME that reptiles, especially crocs and gators, were the coolest thing ever, lol.
I know, our station stinks without him. I don't even know who they replaced his timeslot with yet. After that, all we have in John Hancock, and he's kind of a bore.
WBT will be okay. I hear this guy is pretty good.

He kinda looks like YOU!!!
Aw, the poor guy.
He doesn't seem too bad. I don't get to listen to the radio as much during that time slot as I used to, but I'll try to tune in when I can.
Me, too, and I'm not a creepy-stuff person, although I'm better with reptiles than with insects!
We don't have cable, so we haven't watched Animal Planet regularly in the last three years, but I watched a Steve Irwin show when I was in the hospital having Vlad in January. I'm so sad for his family.
Great job -- it's going to be much different watching the DVD I have of him, knowing that he's no longer with us. It doesn't seem possible.
I know much more about animals than I ever would have cared to before, all due to Steve Irwin.
Beautiful. Tears again.
Nice tribute!! :D
Bump
Oh, me too, hands down.
Snakes don't bother me too badly, so long as they leave me alone. Bugs, on the other hand...are just downright loathsome. You live in the same state as I do, so you probably know what I mean.
Steve Irwin's mission was to make us look at animals in a good light. Instead of fearing or hating snakes and crocs, he wanted us to see them as amazing creatures, that deserved appreciation (and respect, as well). To me, he definitely accomplished a lot.
We have a regular exterminator service, so nothing really big and nightmarish gets in the house.
But if it did, my youngest daughter would give it a name and keep it as a pet until I found out about it ...
