Looking at those three, things become a bit clearer (if no less disgusting).
The young lady was quite beautiful. This had to be some part of a Satanic ritual or something. I've seen a lot of sick stuff (lived in New Orleans for two years, firefighter for a long time now, and have spent some time in Haiti), but this is about as sick as it gets.
