Schnitt just announced the breaking news. The DNA for JM Karr is NOT a match for Jon Benet evidence.
I thought he could have done it
I guess the palm print lifted from house doesn't match either?
Too bad, a child killer still walks free
I'm sure this has been brought up, but he has knowledge of facts and evidence not released by the cops. Maybe he was involved, but did not contribute the DNA. Anyway the man is a danger if he is out walking around, evidenced by his presence in the child sex Mecca of Thailand.
Don't blame anyone for thinking he was guilty. John Karr was asked "Are you an innocent man?" His answer was "NO!". We have that on video.

He was both places. They had presents in the morning at their home in AL and then took the 3 little kids and drove the 200 miles to ATL for more Christmas at grandpa's house with the other two brothers and their families.

tha palm print was never at issue - it was matched to someone else, a Ramsey family member, years ago.
Ha ha! Dan loved Patsy and Wendy hates John Ramsey--Wendy's meaner - she'll win!
Nancy Grace called the DA and was unable to get a confirmation......IMO Still just a rumor that everyone is stating as fact.
Would not surprise me if the Boulder DNA analysis was flawed and Karr was indeed the killer. After all, this outfit has botched everything else.
I agree that if anyone let expectations get ahead of the story, it was the DA's office, yet again.
No, he didn't. He was not in any trouble in Thailand.
IMOIf the is put in the GP of a CA prison he will never come out.
Karr's public defender was just on MSNBC making a statement, so if its still a rumor, Karr's lawyer bit on it too.
DA wants to not confirm for as long as possible... the longer the story runs, the less impact of the egg on their faces.

Many of the posts here indicate there are still charges pending against him there. If so, he could be extradited to stand trial on those charges.
He WAS NOT in a Thai prison. He was arrested by Thai authorities at the request of the U.S. for this case.
He WAS NOT in trouble in Thailand and confessing to get out of it.
Thanks for the correction. I apologize for misstating the facts.

This seems like almost the same thing I heard this AM except a little more "exploited". Said I would concede after an official announcement.
