I don't think Google has any intention of "fixing" this. From what I understand, this has been set up this way for many months.

This is old news. Has been like this for some time. Actually, just type in "failure" and click - I'm feeling lucky

I don't think that's a problem with Google so much as a well orchestrated SEO plan.

What Google is saying is that "yes, our search results can and will be manipulated".
Caveat emptor.

Maybe they ought to have "Bill Clinton's FAILURE to take on terrorism and Al Qaeda in the 90s as Al Qaeda grew more ferocious and emboldened on his watch and the documented FAILURE 12 times to get Bin Laden when he had a clear opportunity to do so" as what comes up when you search by "failure." Personally I think that is the REAL FAILURE as compared to Bush working to actively take down Al Qaeda, not to mention the 4% growth, full employment economy his tax cuts have helped produce, as oppose to the do-nothing Clinton who lucked into the continuing results of the Reagan economic revolution.

Google has nothing to do with it. If enough sites point to that page with the keyword failure, it's gonna show up.

Obvious that Google wants it this way.
Imagine that this were about some religious figure other than Christian or Jewish...

Yes, GW has been googlebombed. Old news. The only thing this proves is that a lot of the people who don't like him have too much time on their hands, probably because they won't get a job.
