Prayers lifted for a quick recovery for this enemy of freedeom for women in the middle east.

Best I can do. Sincere prayers. I am enjoined by the Father to pray for my enemy. Certainly not my first thought.

If she really had a hysterectomy .. there is no way in hell she'll be rejoining the "peace vigil" It takes at least 5-8 weeks for recovery

My thought exactly! Depending on what type of surgery, it can be longer than that! She's going to wake up and realize that she won't be doing anything for quite a while!

she hasn't done anything for quite a while except whatever it was that messed up her uterus... (if she did something) I wonder if it involved that weirdo she hangs out with that Tiffany Bush or whatever her name is

Maybe my eyes are tired . . .

A hysterical ectomy?

I'm concerned if they really try and take the hysterical out of Windy Sheeham.

Her whole body frame and connecting tissue would collapse--as would her reason for existing--her whole way of being in the world.

But if it's just her uterus . . . well . . . let bygones be bygone. She had no use for that anyway. I mean . . . what male in his right mind . . . ahh welll . . .

Guess we may as well let the windbag recover. Personally, she can have a very, very, very long recovery. Preferably say in some Siberian cottage somewhere that she'd need to stay out of the cold in. Very shut up.

She can be hysterical to the polar bears if she wants. I don't think they'd be impressed.

I was referring more to mundane activites like...ummmm... walking! She is going to feel absolutely helpless for months. And no way is she going out in the Texas heat for any reason! This is presuming she had the abdominal surgery and not the vaginal one.

As for messing up her uterus, they tend to get messed up all by themselves. I doubt she did anything to it.

Some sympathy for your good points.

However, if the truth is the truth--that he escaped her by joining the military . . . he could well feel that she earned a lot more than the verbal brick bats she gets hereon.

"Dysfunctional bleeding is a common reason for hysterectomy not that it is anyone's business on this thread which is so repulsive to me.

Have all of you smart asses forgotten that her son died for this country. She has been a total anti american jerk, but her son gave his life for us.

And we owe him something and that is not to be crude, disgusting about her.

We may dislike her, disagree with her and think she does her son no honor.

But I shudder to think of how he would feel today if he saw this thread. It makes me see red and makes me disgusted with every last one of you."
~~~
Her SON would agree with everyone posting negative comments about her. Her SON volunteered to serve. Her HUSBAND divorced her after she began making herself a spectacle and a national news clown. Her FAMILY has distanced themselves from her idiotic behavior.
Blood IS thicker than water but even blood can not abide by complete partisan machine gun fire with a never ending supply of bullets.
Think about it over a glass of good chardonnay.
Hopefully, I can maintain this because, as a redhead, my temper usually has a way of showing up unannounced.
Actually, women having heavy bleeding at Menopause is common.
Usually I treat it with hormones, but once or twice a year they need a hysterectomy because they have fibroids or other (usually benign) conditions of the uterus.
One note: When I was having problems, my hormones went crazy. And many of my menopausal women had similar crazyness. So if her docs are good, they'll put her on Estrogen and Prozac, and maybe get rid of her paranoia and rage.
Husbands, you know what I mean about this.
I have no argument with your points, whatsoever. Really. I have no disagreement. I have posted many times about how I feel the same way. However, once I realized it really, REALLY affects my health in a negative way, and after watching how those on DU reacted to the kidnapped FOX reporter, I could keep it up. It's just me. I have no judgement on anyone who wants to keep up that rhetoric and that level of offense. REally, I don't. I just can't do it, myself. It takes too much out of me. I don't know how her son would react. I just know I've been reacting and I am responsible for myself. Your post does not offend me in the least. I am trying not to go there myself. I don't think it makes me better or worse. I am just saying, it's a change. It's a new thing. I will not try to convince you of anything other than what you are saying. If you are able to harbor that level of resentment and outrage without it affecting your health then GREAT. Really, I'm not being patronizing. I have to make a change. It's really that simple.
I do appreciate your sentiment.
it is still a major surgery isn't it?
Abdominal surgery is major surgery. Muscles and nerves are stretched or cut and your innards are temporarily rearranged. Recovery is long and painful.
Vaginal hysterectomy can sometimes be performed and has a much faster and less painful recovery time. No major incision and no pushing the innards around. Much less blood loss during surgery, I would imagine.
Hey Doc! I have to laugh when fibroids are decribed as benign. I know they are (as in non-cancerous) but after seeing what they did to me...well, I would never call them benign!
Is evil alien spawn of satan correct medical terminology?!
Have all of you smart asses forgotten that
Yes, we owe this poor woman the dignity she so justly deserves. She comports herself with a grace and righteousness that can be an inspiration for any and all of us.
Now as to the "women's problems." I do not know why it has been overlooked that an increase in her use of her broomstick since she got to Crawford could account for much of the discomfort. Although a fast method of transportation, the broomstick is renown for it's lack of padding and legendary chafing. And the chafing can and has led to numerous and sundry infections. And God forbid the infection is resistant to treatment and she drops dead!
In fact there was even one poster that suggested this saying for a sign:
Hey Hey! Woo Hoo!
Cindy says code pink
we're kinda hoping
for code blue.
Whoops, I guess that was me. Nevermind about the earlier part of my post. I'm appalling myself.
We may dislike her, disagree with her and think she does her son no honor.
She had my sympathy for about 6-8 months. A grieving mom who went over the edge as the result of her son's tragic death.
I was wrong.
She deserves no sympathy. She deserves no honor. She deserves no regard for her son's loss, about which she has demonstrated absolutely no regard herself, other than to leverage for press coverage. She deserves no more consideration than we'd give Jane Fonda or Michael Moore.
(Am I being judgemental? Yup)
She DOES deserve the benefit of the doubt that she is a human being...and thus is entitled, by God, to have a certain minimal level of human dignity. Death wishes or wishes for further illness violate that minimal level of human dignity.
It makes me ... disgusted with every last one of you.
The generalization in that comment is over the top.
