To this day, John and Patsy Ramsey have lived up to their promise and continue to search for their daughter's killer. They have posted a composite sketch of a suspect compiled by the late psychic, Dorothy Allison, on their Internet site with the attached message:
"Have you seen this man? This man may have been in the Boulder area in December 1996. ... We firmly believe that this most horrible of killers will be caught based on information provided by people who care about right and wrong. ... Please help, so another innocent child will not be a victim and another family will not suffer unbearable grief."
Allison, who claimed to have assisted police investigations, came up with her vision of the suspect during an April 1998 appearance on a network television show. She died on December 3, 1999. Boulder Police Chief Mark Beckner declined to comment on the late psychic's work.

Nobody has been able to explain how one bullet could do all the things it would have to have done either.
Years later Gerald Ford admitted changing some of the trajectory detail to make that theory work.
To be honest, I don't remember the particulars associated with that since it's been awhile.
It could be DB Cooper, too.
Also, how did he know the exact amount of Dad's bonus check and why would he depend on finding all he would need in the house? People on a "mission" bring their gear with.
Not to mention all the time it would take to do the abduction, then panic and kill, then visit the kitchen, then redress the kid and then on amd on amd on.
It just doesn't seem plausible.
Chest cold or wird attempt at genital stimulation.
keep in mind the entire Boulder PD sh!t the bed on this case.
Apparently, they couldn't find a hooker in a whore house.
Actually, they found out how the single bullet did it's work. They mapped out Dealy Plaza and used computer drawings to show the trajectory. Pretty simplistic. They also tracked the bullet to it's origin. It was within a nine foot diameter of the sixth floor window.
Thanks for the comments.
Ugh. Not this again. There is no resemblance between the drawing and Karr. I posted the following on another thread about this. May as well repeat it here:
The drawing shows a man with thin, parted hair combed to the side. Karr's hair is thicker and not parted. The drawing shows a man with a wide, triangular-shaped face and prominent cheekbones. Karr's face is long, narrow and rectangular, and his cheekbones are flat.
The drawing shows a man with almond-shaped eyes. Karr's eyes are round.
The drawing shows a man with a short, somewhat crooked, rather wide nose. Karr's nose is long, straight and thin.
The drawing shows a man with thin lips. Karr's lips are not thin.
The drawing shows a man with a narrow, pointed chin. Karr's chin is square and broad.
The drawing shows a man with a short neck. Karr's neck is long and kind of thin.
Other than that, yeah, there's a similarity. [/sarcasm]
Oh, and by the way, the following photograph is a much more honest point of comparison with the drawing.
The smaller photo...was that Karr at an earlier point in his life? If so, he was a pretty good-looking man. Now he looks extremely underweight. In any case, in neither photo does he look anything like the drawing.
Gullible.
DB Cooper looks more like Karr than that sketch from the psychic.
It looks close enough that you cannot discount the drawing. Add it to the freaky coinkydinky file and toss it in the mix.
Yes you can. Only people who are easily led by the power of suggestion see any resemblance, other than the fact that the drawing depicts a white man and Karr is white.
One thing I didn't put in my list, but may as well mention it now: The drawing shows eyes that are not deep-set. You can see the upper eyelids. Karr's eyes are set deeper and you can't see his upper eyelids.
I still think the parents were involved.
And Flt 800 was a terrorist missle shot.
How about the moon landing?
If what we in the general public have been told about this case for all these years is true, then the only logical conclusion is that the killer had some connection to the family and that house. Given the facts that have been made public, it's just too hard to imagine someone randomly picked that child, that rambling home, that bedroom, that storeroom in the basement, and that information in the ransom note out of thin air.
I want to see a pic of him at the time of the murder. You are not swaying me, perhaps your arguement is strong enough. I actually do not believe he did it so I am not convincing myself because I believe it is him. I think the pic is darn close.
