Yes you can. Only people who are easily led by the power of suggestion see any resemblance, other than the fact that the drawing depicts a white man and Karr is white.
One thing I didn't put in my list, but may as well mention it now: The drawing shows eyes that are not deep-set. You can see the upper eyelids. Karr's eyes are set deeper and you can't see his upper eyelids.
I want to see a pic of him at the time of the murder. You are not swaying me, perhaps your arguement is strong enough. I actually do not believe he did it so I am not convincing myself because I believe it is him. I think the pic is darn close.
