One: He said he drugged JonBenet..

Two: He said it was an "accident" she died.

If these two statements are outright false, then he is an established Liar.

The case lives or dies from his DNA..period.

I saw it at a drive-in. I remember putting pillows over my ears and singing to drown out the sound.

Pillows in a car?? I was 18!! He was 21!! :-)

My daughter and family stayed at the Bates Motel outside Martha's Vinyard last year. I went nuts when she told me!!

HE was convicted in 2001 on 5 child pronography charges in Petaluma, Ca. He skipped bail and left the country during his trial.

Which, if he gets the right jury, will matter not.

I hate the media. I absolutely detest them. They don't care who they hurt including children in their quest to get a story.

Rush just read a breaking news wire bit that the alleged perp claimed he had sex with JB after he drugged her.

Problem is, reported Rush, that no drugs were found in her system during the autopsy.

That is one of the scariest pictures I have ever seen, and I have seen it several times on FR now. It gives me the heebie-jeebies just looking at it.

AND had his CA teachers license pulled. (Notice it was not mentioned on his resume.) Also mentioned on a thread last evening that he had lost similar jobs because of his "problem".

The DNA absolutely convicts him if positive, but you don't have to have DNA to make a case. We know not what the police have in this case. The guy could be innocent, but he could be guilty. His being caught, however, is absolutely a good thing because of his pedophile past. He needs to spend a lifetime behind bars.

The qualifications of the examiner mean little.Polygraphs measure certain biological responses to the stress of being asked potentially threatening questions.

If,during a test conducted by your lawyer, you're asked "did you kill your wife?" (and you did) you don't care in the least if the polygraph indicates you're lying or not.Your lawyer isn't going to tell anyone.

Conversely,if the polygraph is being done at police headquarters you're going to be nervous. But when asked "did you kill your wife?" and the truth is that you didn't,neither your heart rate nor your respiration rate will be any higher than it was when you were asked "were you born in this country?"...whereas it would jump if you *did* kill her.

I'm certainly not sure if either of them did it.However,I strongly suspect that at least one of them know something about the crime.

And you watch...the story that the guy in Thailand is telling will collapse like a house of cards with a few weeks.

2) The daughter was a kiddie beauty padget contestant,

I wonder how many people who have crucified Patsy for this are those obnoxious Little League or Cheerleading parents?

Absolute rubbish.

Presumably you are referring to my #151 to you.

Rubbish, all right. Rubbish that modern law enforcement authorities rush to the nearest mic just to pat each other on the back and tell the public they can't answer any questions. If the law says they can't answer questions, why hold a press conference?

Rubbish also that wild speculation and impossible-to-knock-down misinformation attends every single one of these cases raised by the media into public consciousness. This happens thanks to a totally irresponsible media.

Wrong. A polygraph conducted in a stressful situation can absolutely be inaccurate, so there's NO reason in the world to think that the Ramseys not agreeing to one given by the police is a sign that they are guilty of anything.

It's like the Ronald Reagan quote:

"The trouble with our liberal freinds is not that they are ignorant:It's that they know so much that isn't true". RR

And, despite their protestations to the contrary, they don't give a fig about the facts.

i don't think the guy did it. i think he's looking for the noteriety.

As one of the talking heads said last night, I would lie also to get out of a Thailand jail and a free ride back to the United States.
