Rubbish, all right. Rubbish that modern law enforcement authorities rush to the nearest mic just to pat each other on the back and tell the public they can't answer any questions. If the law says they can't answer questions, why hold a press conference?
Rubbish also that wild speculation and impossible-to-knock-down misinformation attends every single one of these cases raised by the media into public consciousness. This happens thanks to a totally irresponsible media.

I have already addressed this. They needed to give kudos to those who assisted them. (The Thailand police, the Georgia police, etc.) That is NOT, NOT, NOT patting each other on the back, but giving credit to where it is due.
