tracing an email from the headers takes about 10 minutes. if he was using some registered account to send the emails, and he registered in his own name, or signed his name to the emails he sent - then they have his name and location.

where was he living in Thailand? Was he living under a fake name? was he hiding in the jungle?

in other words - if the guy wasn't trying to hide his name and location, then finding him isn't really that hard. that's my only point. Yes, the Thailand police cooperated - which is great.

DNA.....DNA.....DNA. Be patient. It takes a while to write things up "properly". The guy may just talk after we give him the options. I also think he would plead out...so it would never go to trial. Just something in his face.....

I think he's a repeater and because of his extensive travel and work with children, we're going to find a lot more on this dude than what we have now. Right now, he looks suicidal.

Just as an aside: The guy was already wanted and convicted in abstentia on the 2001 child pornography case, so bringing him back was going to happen once he started e-mailing people.

"Nor is it the moral equivalent to murder."

Of course not. I'm not saying the parents are guilty of anything. I'm just saying, IMO, it's very bad judgment to doll up your VERY young child that way, as there are a lot of freaks out there -- freaks who will be instantly attracted (sexually) to very young kids.

So, no, I don't blame the parents, although what they did with their daughter and to their daughter put their daughter at greater risk for harm, I believe. How many 5 year old's are doing beauty pageant's? Not many -- as such, the girls who are involved stick out like a sore thumb.

It's almost like the parents created (unknowingly, of course) some sort of pedophile magnet.

Think I read somewhere just today that at the time of JonBenett's death they tested the evidence against the known offenders in the system at that time with no match -- also no match to family either -- according to same article.

Also read they cleared Burke Ramsey of any involvement due to "inability" to have done it. He was nine at the time.

"They took 5 polygraphs passed them all".

Not true. They took more than 5, but passed the 5 given by the guy they hired.

The guy just signed up a few days ago to work at a Thailand school, so it's a darn good thing they got him now.

I didn't know that; it is good they got him.

You've said things in this thread that are inaccurate or are at least unconfirmed, but that's beside the point. "Like a saint" is obviously my opinion of the way they are treating him. I stand by it 100%.

And I repeat, both the ex-wife and the brother said he was in different places the Christmas of the murder. They may have changed their story, but it's in print for everyone to see. That does not suggest very good memories. They are unreliable witnessess.

This just in from an unnamed left-wing website: DNA tests prove conclusively that Libby and Rove were in the White House at some time during 2004. A stunning scandal...LOL.

(Also breaking at this minute....Kucinich is still a a moonbat.)

That's the article I read. I think it 's that article, but might be another one, where John said in 2001 that he'd been arrested for killing Ramsey.

Why do people put so much faith in polygraph's? It's really stupid. There is bound to be really good reasons why they are not admissable in court.

if true, that would be troubling from two perspectives. first, if he is the killer, it would be really sick to be emailing the mother.

but the other angle is this - how do we know if Patsy didn't write something back? If this guy has details about the crime scene inside the house, could she have inadvertenly leaked it to him in a reply?

remember the DNA we are talking about here - its the DNA found in 2004, and its not blood or semen, its saliva - most likely from someone sneezing is what I heard Henry Lee say last night.

He does not look healthy.....is there chance he has AIDS or some other disease? He is very thin looking. Maybe he is dying and is now looking for his 15 minutes of fame.
