Suspect Confesses To JonBenet Ramsey Murder Thai Official Says

BANGKOK, Thailand - Thai police said Thursday that a 41-year-old American man has admitted to the killing a decade ago of 6-year-old beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey in the United States.

Lt. Gen. Suwat Tumrongsiskul, head of Thailand's immigration police, told The Associated Press that John Mark Karr confessed to the killing after his arrest Wednesday at a downtown Bangkok apartment.

"He told police while under arrest that he did kill the girl but so far he has not pleaded guilty in writing. This is needed as official evidence," Suwat said.

It was pretty wierd alright.

But it's beginning to look to me like the cops have the right creep in custody and a whole lot of people should start making some very, very public apologies to the Ramsey family.

Dressing your little girl up in a way that I think is totally inappropriate doesn't mean they're murderers and it certainly is no justification for some creep to kill a child.

Now I hope the Colorado justice system does the right thing by convicting this monster and sentencing him to death.

A judge in the US approved and signed his arrest warrant. I doubt he or she would do that with nothing connecting the guy to the crime.

Talking about high profile families from across the U.S. from 1996...but Pam Paugh (sister to Patsy) indicated last night on MSNBC that no one knew this guy. Then I read in another story posted on FR that John Ramsey was familiar with him.

Not only that, but without doing a search regarding the truth of his current standing or if there was a criminal record, the owner of job4teacher could be sued to kingdom come perhaps if someone can prove they were damaged by Karr anywhere in the world as a result of hiring them through that website IMO.

I know some folks think it's evil to wish bad things like repeated homosexual gang rapes on convicted criminals.

Any decent person with a shred of human emotion would wish on this monster the worst kind of suffering. We all know that the "criminal justice system" won't give Mr. Karrr what he deserves.

And don't worry- if he's not put in protective custody he won't last long.
